The owner of Kats cooling is the hvac tech that cane to my house. The number posted is his cell phone number. Kat's kooling was hired to replace my furnace. During replacing my furnace, he decided it was best to move my coil. Upon doing so, he spliced wires leaving connections with wire nuts open and across the attic and poorly sealed my hvac system. The system worked, so I never said anything. I got a quote from him for a minisplit in the garage. After the initial quote and him telling me he was going to have it in next week, he never responded to my call or texts after that. I later began to have issues with the AC. He would not respond to calls or texts. I contacted another ac company who came out and took a look. They hinted at the poor work and install that was performed and stated they would not come behind his work to fix his work. I began to reach back out to kats kooling. After multiple calls and texts, I finally got him on the phone. He is polite on the phone, as was I. He said he would come that evening. Of course, he did not show up. I called and text many times throughout the day the next day. He never responded. Do not expect validity with any warranty, follow up on his work or issues with his work, or customer service after he leaves.
