Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He explains the problem and solution completely. He works quickly and leaves the area in good shape. His charges were reasonable and fair. He even added small additional work at no charge.
Can't recommend Joe enough. After about 4 or 5 failed attempts to get someone to come out and repair a rusted natural gas pipe along the side of my house, Joe came out and took on the challenge. I needed the pipe fixed because of freezing temps forecasted for that night and Joe took care of all of it. Professional, knowledgeable, and quality work at a fair price. You won't regret using Joe!
Joe was awesome he's a professional in his field I would recommend him to anybody his price was fair and his workmanship is 100%. I had a great time talking to Joe he taught me a lot about my system in the basement he's also a veteran like my wife and myself and we got along great

Claimed to fix the problem before telling us price - when approached about the coast - imedfiately start making threats on putting a Linen on House” and become very aggressive and rude!!? I would not recommend this bullying service to anyone. Stay away!

Mr. Karner is exremely knowledgeable and professional and also honest and reliable. He provided us prompt and excellent service fixing a very difficult furnace issue that three other companies could not figure out. Had a new water heater installed almost a year ago. Competitive pricing and absolutely no issues with the work or heater. Owner was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did and everything about the water heater so I was an educated customer. I have hired Karner Mechanical again because of the good experience last year.
Joe came over to fix an AC and his service is worth every penny. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why it’s important, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. During his inspection, if there happens to be a simple repair that anyone can do, he also gives you the option to fix it yourself instead of charging you outright for that simple repair. I definitely recommend him and will be calling him again for future jobs.
Met Joe the owner/operator today after losing heat and hot water early in the morning. I can confidently say I had the best experience with a contractor that I have ever had in my life. He evaluated my boiler explained carefully what the problem was and gave me multiple options for fixing the problem. He arrived early, completed his work quickly and was personable. He was interested in what is best for the customer and most importantly was sincere and thoughtful. I would recommend him to anyone in need of maintenance or emergency service. Would use him again in a heartbeat!
I found the technician to be very honest and knowledgeable. He explained the cause of my heating problem and worked tirelessly until the issue was resolved. The cost was reasonable and by the end of the day, I (believe) understood a little more about the workings of my heating system
Called joe today after my furnace stopped working. I Had another company come look at it and they suggested a new furnace. Joe walked me through some simple steps over the phone and I have heat now. Stand up guy!
