Eric installed a roof top A/c on my house took him 3hours to do it. He installed a crushed unit after back and FORTH and treats to pursue legal action. He came back installed another unit in 30 minutes he put holes all over my roof. The unit is vibrating my whole roof he says that's normal, Who can rest with a vibrating roof. He is the cheapest in town a licensed contractor and doing bad work on peoples roof.I found him on offer up. I figured he is licensed he will give me a good product. Now Ill file a complaint with the registrar of contractors for sweet talking me and not fixing my issues. This is not what i want to do I gave him multiple opportunity's to correct this. I'm from Mexico i no how hard is it to get a head. Its with sweat and hard work. APPARENTLY HE DON'T HAVE THE SAME VALUES I HIRED HIM TO GIVE HIM A CHANCE.

Eric is a hard working honest professional who I would recommend to any of my friends. I discussed my needs with 4 contractors, one bid was close to Eric's but his work ethic won out. Our new 4 ton rooftop system is up and running, including a water heater replacement and all in about 6hrs. Another company came out for a bid and spent 2.5hrs at our home, 25 minute sit down consultation followed by lots of measuring. After this lengthy waste of my time they needed to schedule another 1hr meeting to discuss options and attempt to justify their high prices.....my advice send them packing before they waste your time. It's a heat/cool system that requires a knowledgeable professional with no BS and smoke blowing about how good they think they are.
Eric came out to provide a quote for a new AC to replace a unit that has a leak and was not functioning properly. We decided to go with a 4 ton American Standard 2 stage gas horizontal split. Unfortunately, after we negotiated a final install price, the day prior to installing the unit he informed me that it was not in stock to install next day, but we could reserve it for a few weeks out, if needed. However, he did say he could install a 2 stage Rheem model on time as it was in stock. The next morning he calls and advises the price was going to be more expensive due to the 3.5 ton Rheem getting reserved by someone else so he had to go with a 4 ton. We had a disagreement on pricing based on what was previously discussed, but Eric agreed that he would still honor our deal and that he and an employee would be at my house in an hour. Eric never showed up for the job and has not called, texted, or message me back. Despite several attempts to find out what was going on, he has yet to reply or reach out to me. The install was scheduled for Friday and Eric knew our AC was not working. We had to endure extreme temps indoors while waiting to see what was going on. Since we never heard back, we then had to contact help over the weekend to get our AC to cool out house until we can get a new one installed. So, now we are still sitting here waiting on other companies to come out to give us their estimates, and Kaola AC Repair and Plumbing has yet to speak with us. This is not professional and it has put us in a position where we had to pay emergency AC contractor to come out for a weekend repair to our existing AC to get us by. No words can truly express hiw dumbfounded we are that a company conducts business this way and treats their customers so inadequately. Cowards.
