Very professional and on time. I had complete comfort systems ac come out and they never came back out. It took me 3 days to get someone to the house and then they ignored me for 2 days and the guy never came back out. KANCO IS THE WAY TO GO. They fitted me in same day I called because I had a 3 year old daughter and a pregnant wife that is past her due date and it was 83 degrees in the house. What took another ac company 5 days and no one found the problem IT TOOK KANCO INE DAY AND THEY FOUND THE ISSUE. THO LY is very professional and tells you everything that he finds or knows and leaves your house and all the way he arrived. Very polite and well mannered man that will work his hardest to make sure your satisfied!!

The Kanco team was able to deliver a customer experience that I would, sincerely and confidently, recommend to friends and family. Our home was long overdue for a complete HVAC overhaul, so began the task of researching how to get the best bang for our buck. Our initial inquiry for parts and services with another company appeared somewhat reasonable, but was still more expensive than we were willing to settle with, so we called Kanco for a second opinion and they were able to send out a representative for the assessment and quote the same day. They not only offered a quote for parts and services that was drastically cheaper, but the replacement HVAC unit was much superior(upon further research) than the unit proposed by the other company, so the decision to go with Kanco was a no-brainer. The global pandemic's ubiquitous disruption to supply chains affected when we were able to schedule the replacement due to the availability of the unit we wanted, BUT their customer care and service shined through their representatives constantly keeping us in the loop and updating us on our status. The moment the unit was available, we were scheduled for replacement the next business day. The technicians arrived 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled which was duly noted and much appreciated. The work was quick and professional. The technicians were knowledgeable and answered all the questions we asked throughout the process. When the work was complete, they went beyond the call of duty to clean up their work space and honestly left it and the surrounding areas in a better state than it was before. Without a doubt, we will be reaching out to Kanco for any future needs and will definitely be recommending their company to anyone else searching for top-notch services. Thank you, Kanco!

Kanco is the name when it comes to HVAC. They installed a P-Trap on my HVAC unit and helped repair my ducting in my house. Very affordable, professional, and arrived on time! A++++
