We like Kaiser and the twice a year program. Our temp control was a mess when we bought this home. Slowly but surely, they have it operating correctly. Thank you, Kaiser.

The staff of Kaiser was extremely courteous. I would rate their customer service as excellent. They answered questions and explained what was happening. There were no surprises. Ours was a BIG JOB...it took 5 days. The areas where they were working was cleaned up very well. I would recommend them highly. Our big job was costly. But we are very happy with our new heating system. Just finished yesterday. Our installer, ALEX, was terrific. Kept us informed and we had utmost confidence in his knowledge and installation. I would definitely recommend this company. The owner was very candid and also explained options and what results to expect. THANKS GUYS!

I got a same day appointment and the technician was friendly and fixed my AC within an hour.
They respond quickly to service requests and always get the job done.
When doubt google it. AC went down, google AC air conditioning companies near me and came up with Kaiser Air Conditioning. The rest is in the history books. Great company with professional personnel. The repair person showed up on time and knew his job. Had the AC up and running in less than an hour. The costs to fix the AC was explained upfront and is very reasonable. Highly recommend Kaiser Air Conditioning as to it is hard to find this level of friendly and professional customer service theses day. Thank you, John/Josh for a job well done it is appreciated.
The tech, Ludwig, was very nice, personable and knew what he was doing. When our next maintenance is due, we would like to have him do the work.
Ludwig and Miguel were courteous, timely and helpful. My new furnace was installed without any issues.
Sergio performed his duties exceptionally well. He showed me the new equipment he would install, explained how it works, did his regular maintenance, and thoroughly cleaned our condenser after a major fire. He is personable, professional, and a delight to work with. I highly recommend him.
I've been a Kaiser customer for a few years now because the customer service is outstanding and the price, reasonable! From the folks that answer the phones to schedule service, to the technicians who show up at your door, every member is focused on meeting my needs. The maintenance visits are thorough and the techs are consistently courteous, clean and professional ( a personal shout out to their tech Steven who is exemplary!).
