Prompt response when called about servicing our old HVAC system. ( not installed by them) my old unit was 18 years in service and it was time to replace it. They were able to provide us with a good quote for a complete new system that they could have installed within a week. The guys that came for the install were very professional and they did a fantastic job. *** Highly recommend ***
I needed furnace and a/c units replaced a home I recently purchased and I called on 1 of the hottest days so far and yet they worked me into the schedule! Jeff was so honest and up front with me and explained things so I could understand Ended up they recommended new furnace and a/ c unit and got it done within a week of my call! The guys that came out for install were friendly and also very willing to take time to explain and they worked well together and cleaned up after! I higly recommend this company ..family owned and run I have 100% trust in them !!

Very professional and responsive team. I was given an estimate quickly and the work was arranged at my convenience and completed within a day. The cost was also affordable and the crew did a great job cleaning up. Thank you all :) UPDATE: If I could give them a 10 I would!! We had our furnace and air conditioning replaced about a month ago by K and R. When they came back to charge the air conditioner for the season, we found there was an electrical problem. We had just had the panel replaced in 2019. I contacted that provider to come out and look at it, but they NEVER returned my call!! K and R referred me to Joe/Cuellar Electric. Joe IMMEDIATELY responded (I mean THE SAME DAY) and made plans later that week to repair the problem (which should probably have not been a problem had it been installed properly in the first place). Joe coordinated with K and R to have them come out as he was working on the electric so the air conditioner could be charged and put into operation. Both of these companies worked very well together. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, affordable and responsive. Would HIGHLY recommend K and R for anything to do with your heating and air conditioning and Cuellar Electric for any electrical needs.
Not only did that offer the best price, they also offered the longest labor warranty. They had a large crew show up to replace an outdated furnace and install a central air system. They did an amazing job! Did the entire job in about 7 hours and it looks perfect. Highly recommended! Max was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thanks K&R!

K&R Heating and Cooling installed our furnace 3 days ago. They were on time, professional, very tidy, and answered any questions I had. They were also quick! The furnace looks great and it is very quiet. Scheduling was quick also. They will be back in the spring to install our AC.
I called with having trouble with my furnace. They seem to work well as a team. Everyone has been very helpful & courteous & their services have been top notch.
They just hooked up my garage mini-split heat pump. Great job done at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

We contacted K&R and asked for a quote. It took all of about 5 minutes to know we needed to look no further. Our home installation was done in about a day and a half and our home was nice and clean when the fellas were done. The owner was able to work with his team and provide an estimate within week of calling them. They recommended a wonderful local electrician to upgrade our electrical service (Joe Cuellar) which was also very timely and professional. The K &R team was able to do the complete installation in 1 day! And they were able to get it finished before the cold this year. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain how the new system works to me. I am very pleased with the work completed. I highly recommend!

K and R did an excellent job installing 2 furnaces an 2 AC's in one day. They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them. They will be handling all of our heating and cooling issues in the future.

We scheduled an air-condition replacement to upgrade our existing system. On the appointed day they showed up on time and did a clean professional installation for a reasonable price. I like family business atmosphere.
Max provided a free estimate and the prices are unbeatable! The crew is very professional and courteous. They removed our old furnace & central air unit and installed all brand new American Standard equipment with an add on UV whole home sanitizer.
