My air conditioner was not working right last night. I called Jennifer @ K. Havanki Home Services, told her that my air conditioner was not running right, she immediately called her husband Kris & he was @ my house in less than an hour on one of the hottest nights last night. This dynamic duo husband & wife are so professional, courteous & friendly, they take care of their customers. If you need a heating & cooling company you need to call Jennifer, she will take very good care of all your needs on heating & air conditioning. There is always someone on call 24 hours. Thanks guys your the best!

Kris and Alex are a great team. They were always on time, courteous, polite, and friendly. They explained everything they were doing to me and why it needed to be done. They left my house spotless after 2 days of hard work. Alex even had fun petting and playing with my dogs. A hard time was made a bit easier because of the job they did for me and my family. I will definitely use them again and recommend this great team and company to anyone.

I had a very old system and knew this day would come. Wonderful experience! Kris & Alex were exceptional, beautiful work. The whole process, quick response, great value for exceptional work, no surprises. Highly recommend. I didn’t know a baseboard heating system didn’t have to be noisy!
Alex installed the new boiler in my home. He was very professional, and arrived early and on time. He also made sure that everything was cleaned up before he left. He was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this company

This is the first time I ever wrote a review for anything. This company is amazing, knowledgeable and responsive. I have not seen outstanding customer service like this in a very long time. They helped us out with a troublesome heating system when no one else could solve the problem. Please give them your business. You will love their service.

K Havanki Home Services saved the day and fix our heat on one of the coldest days of the winter. They were fast, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and the price was excellent!! You can not go wrong ever using Kris and his staff. K Havanki home services price was excellent and I will always recommend them to my family and friends.
From a close friend of mine, referred me to use Kris Havanki heating and cooling. I called him up and he picked up the phone immediately and told me he would call me at 4pm that day. I wait until 6pm that day and no call. I text him asking him is now is a good time. After minutes go by he texts me he will contact me in a few minutes. I wait over an hour.. He finally calls me. We go over what I need done to my condo in brick. Come to find out he was trying to over-sell me on a SEER 13 condenser unit and charge me $1,500 to do a simple 40 gallon water heater. He told me every SEER level up you go up on the AC unit, it will be around $1,000.... and then he said that the 40 gallon water heaters cost over $1,000!!!! Total RIP OFF. He might do quality work, but he over charges by THOUSANDS!!!!!!!! Do not recommend!!!!!!! I was born on a Friday, but it wasn't last Friday!
We had a very old holding tank for our boiler and it finally just gave up. Kris replaced the tank, and had everything up and operational in about four hours. He is honest and trustworthy. He also really know what he's doing. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
Kris is a fantastic person to get services from. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done properly. I highly recommend him. I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars.

This is the guy you've been looking for! We came home from vacation to no heat and no one to call. A friend said to call Kris, I did and he came over the next morning and got us up and running with heat!! Turned out that we needed a boiler...ugh. We of course had Kris do it and we couldn't be happier. He and his team had a the old system out and the new 3 zone system in and running in a day. Very clean, professional and HONEST. No bs with Kris, you will know what you need and what it will cost and when it will be done. Done once-done right. Angelo
