Great supplies for AC
JW replaced our air ducts when we remodeled and did an excellent job. They then returned years later to add AC. I am super hallt with the work they did. Jaime and his team have been responsive and did great work. They were kind and left the job site clean. I would highly recommend them.
These guys do really good work! Jaime walked thru project with me and then promptly sent me a proposal with a clear scope of work and budget. After I signed his proposal, he scheduled the installation to start in one week, and his team showed up on that agreed date. Each person in the team was on-task and focused on doing quality work. The work was done on time, the system works perfectly, and they left zero mess! Highly recommended. Thanks JW!
We were happy with Jaime and JW Heating & AC during initial installation. Good value, good to work with, Jaime was a good guy, etc. However, all this has changed in post sale period. Their service is non-existent. I have been trying for a month to get JW to come out and service a flaw with their design that is causing an air quality issue. I have left messages on the biz number (cuz they will never pick it up in my experience), emailed their business, called Jaime's cell directly ALL MULTIPLE TIMES AND CAN'T EVEN GET A RESPONSE. To me, post sale service is equally import to initial sale and installation. Apparently, JW feels differently. Take the money and run? Can't afford to manage service? Don't know the reason, but consider them wisely due to my experience, which is echoed by others...
These guys are unbelievably bad! After waiting weeks to get an appointment for an ESTIMATE, the guy finally came out. He provided a written proposal. I tried to call him to make arrangements for the work. You can NEVER get a live person on the phone. I left multiple messages and sent multiple emails and they never got back to me. Truly one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a contractor.
My recommendation: Never give a job to them. They were recommended by the contractor I've used some times. You can't depend on them. I had the job done by them almost a year ago. Recently, my a/c is not cooling, so I called several times. They generally don't return calls. Finally, they gave an appointment, and no one had turned up on the date. When we called back, the reply was they don't 've enough staff. Still, they've not send any one so far. I'm thinking to hire a lawyer. It's really bad experience!
