We called another company to diagnose our heat pump issue. They quoted us $7500 for a repair and $13000 for a replacement. Just Us came out and in 1 hour and $85 later it was fixed! Thank you !!!
Fast, efficient and very friendly! We have had two services now on our (ancient) AC system and we are incredibly satisfied. STRONGLY recommend.
This company was assigned to us from our home warranty company, does not answer calls, it’s 100 degrees out and my air is not working, had to be transferred to a different company, too bad because he has good reviews, don’t call if you have an urgent need
Marty was great. He showed up on time and got the issue resolved within 30 min. Had my ac fixed and running. Great guy. Great company. Highly recommended.
Marty is awesome although the work is still current and on-going he was very responsive and came in the late afternoon after his long shift and diagnosed my ac unit outside and inside gave great recommendations and work efficiently. I just moved from California and he has been understanding about the importance of staying cool AC. Marty replace old capacitors checked the coolant levels recharged as needed help me diagnose my unit with his handy tools. He made some suggestions to keep monitoring such as the ac dust panel to see if future leaking to check it. The work he did was just recent and he is truly a nice human very respectful giving the circumstances he wore his face- mask. Marty suggested to keep looking at my unit and if any issues to let him know. Great guy hoping my unit works throughout the season.
This company by far worst company I have ever had to deal with. The home that we rent and a Home warranty who contracts this company for air conditioning services. Just us refrigeration came out to our home to diagnose our AC unit back in late April. Marty gentlemen from Just Us Refrigeration said we need a whole new unit. Homes warranty coolant and Just us refrigeration worked together to get our new air conditioning unit replaced. Just us refrigeration was in charge of installing new AC unit. Currently we are having air conditioning issues again. Our property manager got a hold of AC repair Company. W were told by out property manager that to expect Just Us Refrigeration company still be calling us within the next 20 minutes. No call ever took place. I spent the whole next day trying to get a hold of Just Us Refrigeration. When I finally got shops of gentlemen from Just Us Refrigeration named Marty. I relayed to home this is berry urgent matter. The heat is unbearable. Marty said its not an emergency making light of my complaint. I again reminded him that he installed new AC unit about a month ago. We shouldn't be having these type of issues unit is still new. I would strongly suggest use better quality company with better customer service. He literally said when I was telling him that heat currently is very hot outside and this matter needs to be resolved quickly. He said " this isn't urgent" He mentioned that he is booked solid through Friday. Again informed him that his company installed new unit it is extremely important this matter is resolved in the urgent manner. We shouldn't be having issues like this at all its a new unit. I would strongly suggest using different company. Customer service very poor and quality very poor. You'll experience this issue First hand. Overall bad experience.
Marty is a great person and a hard worker. He arrived at my house within 30 minutes of my call. This was on a Saturday afternoon in late May when it was 105 degrees. He replaced the capacitor on my central air unit and checked out the entire system before he left. Luckily he had a replacement part in his truck. He’s a life saver and I can’t say enough good things about him. Thanks for being a true Professional and rescuing my weekend.
Fast friendly service. We called him Sunday night and he was out to diagnose the problem the next day! He replaced the parts the day after and our ac worked better then ever!!! Happy with the price and service. Thank you for your speedy service in this Arizona Heat!
Marty was awesome!!! He started with an evaluation on the indoor blower motor of the Air Conditioning system, and after checking for loose electrical connections and voltage readings, Marty felt the blower motor and said that feels a little too hot. Next thing you know, the blow motor going on and off finally stopped working. Marty then did a compete AC refrigerant level and air flow check. He did not leave until my AC system was in peak condition blowing freezing cold air, better than it ever ran. I believe that my AC unit is about 14 years old, and now running stronger than ever! He did ever check that you could think of. Thank you Marty, and Just Us Refrigeration, LLC.
