Mike from Just TCB is the man! I’ve had several AC companies out to my house in the past and NOT 1 of them was as thorough and went above and beyond like Mike did, what was the slogan in the 90’s for Michael Jordan? I WANNA BE LIKE MIKE, so all these AC companies need to BE LIKE MIKE! Thank you for taking care of us and doing a phenomenal job…..
Mike was on time and service was very professional. Would definitely recommend TCB air conditioning.
Good assessment of our issues
The Tech Rey was 5 minutes early, very polite and worked hard to get the job done. My a/c was not cooling and making noises. He was considerate of my pet when he had to come and go from out back to inside. I'm very glad my landlord uses this company. They do good work and my unit is freezing cold again!

This ac company was one you hoped you would find, the people were all very friendly and professional, there work was done very meticulous, also the installers were very informative on how your system works and how to maintain it. Devin and Drew thank you for everything you did for us.
Every company should take a lesson in customer and technical service from "Just TCB"! They were "one on one" with us and it made us feel like we were in the best of hands! They replaced our entire A/C system and if I had to do it all over again they'd be the ones I'd use FOR SURE!! Extremely nice people! Technician Drew is a true gem and super friendly!!

I got lucky when the home I purchased came with a new AC unit and a 5 year warranty with Just TCB - I have nothing but great things to say about them. Zack has been amazing every time he has serviced our AC, honest and professional. I highly recommend!!
I can’t say enough about JUST TCB with the quality work involved. For a company to rush over because you have no air is rare and I can’t thank Andrew enough for explaining what the problem was. Topping things off they had a unit replaced outside the next day with quality work. Dean you did a fantastic job and I was thinking about calling you back because I’m freezing now, Ha,Ha. Seriously, if you need a great company TCB will suit you way and beyond. Jessica my wife and I would also like to thank you for working so hard to get us a ten year warranty, plus all the returned phone calls.
Drew from TCB installed our AC about 3 years ago and did a wonderful job. He's been doing annual checkups and maintenance ever since and we have had ZERO problems. He is always punctual and polite and answers all of my questions, giving great advice on caring for and extending the life of our investment. Everyone I have interacted with at TCB has been great! Highly recommend....
I was referred to Devin a few yrs ago like 6yrs I think thru a friend who used their service and i've been with them ever since. Devin has done 2A/C installs previously at different property's & 1 air handler install in my attic just a week ago & it was smoother than I expected. The guys he sends are all great guys and they were quick /efficient/ barely any noise even. They were here at 8:30am & gone by 1pm. Devin is awesome guy he got me on his schedule and we thought would be over a week was actually 4days he had my on schedule... He's always been fair and understanding with my finances and gives me best price possible & I appreciate it.. Jessica is great with the calls & the follow up to check if everything is good... I can't say enough... Thanks to all the TCB TEAM YOUR ALL AWESOME 👍😎
Amazing Service, Called in at 10 am and the Dispatcher Jessica explained the process very well and had a service tech out by NOON! The tech was excellent and honest and even took the time to verify parts were under warranty! Highly recommended.
I have used Just TCB for 5 ears and always recieved excellent customer service. I called this afternoon as result of our AC not working. We leave for the weekend tomorrow morning and we got on the schedule today! Drew, the service technician was on-time and worked to analyze the problem, found it and corrected the issue. Since being here last Tuesday, Drew corrected the problem and did not charge us for a service call! Let me say, I have always been impressed with Just TCB's performance, service and honesty with all our business. This experience confirms my feeling that you are my “Go To…” AC Company in the Tampa Bay area! The attitude demonstrated by Jessica and Drew reflects the highest courteous professional level. Both are the type of employees that an owner hopes represent your company! Congratulations for employing such quality people! You will have my AC business as long as we are in Clearwater! Devin, Jessica and the staff have been wonderful ! I had a huge job which presented complications . Devin went above and beyond to make the best out of the situation. The are responsive immediately to any calls regarding questions. Always on time. Never any trouble scheduling appointments , and Devin stands behind his work. Excellent work ethic ! We love Just TCB. Always responsive, always cheerful, hardworking, lovely folks. We particularly want to thank Drew, who went above and beyond when installing a pass-through vent - he didn't have to, but he went the extra mile to seal the wall so the insulation wouldn't show. We also want to thank Just TCB's office manager, Jessica, for being so kind and quick to address our concerns and get us on the schedule. The whole crew is a delight to work with and we'll be recommending them in the future!
