I contacted Juan through a close neighbor referral and I am glad I did! The previous company was quoting parts to be replaced that Juan showed me wasn't the issue for my ac unit to function properly. He ordered the part that needed to be replaced and came back with his apprentice, Luis, to get it fixed quickly. He's thorough and appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions. His pricing is more than fair and much lower than the bigger corporate companies. I highly recommend him and glad I found someone I can trust if I have any issues in the future. I tirelessly researched for the right professional until I came across Just Right. After meeting Juan when he came out to quote me, I was confident he could get the job done. He and his crew relocated the HVAC system to the attic, installed new ducting, vents, nest and return. My system works like gold! He took the extra mile necessary to ensure everything works perfectly. He takes a lot of passion and pride in his work and it truly reflects. The overall job by Juan and his crew was exceptional and I highly recommend Just Right Heating & Air.
Juan demonstrated very professional on his service. No obligation free on site inspection / estimate. Juan able stand on customer's view and try his very best to secure the required new AC unit and schedule the work date as soon as he can. My AC unit locate on the top roof which require a crane to lift the old/new unit to the roof, Juan took care everything and I don't have to worry about those. Juan is very responsive on the text message / email which I found is very comfortable to work with. I would definitely continue use Just Right Heater & Air for my future AC service need and recommend for my friends and families.
I am a realtor and needed repairs done for my clients new home. Juan was very responsive and came right away to replace a heating vent that was leaking carbon monoxide. After replacing it, he not only tested around the heater for leaking carbon monoxide, but went throughout the house to make sure it was carbon monoxide free. I highly recommend him for HVAC/heating installation and repairs.
The owner Juan answered all the questions I had (which were a lot) always with lots of knowledge. His team and he installed our central heating/ac right before the winter started in CA and we cannot be more happy we went with this company. Amazing from beginning to end!

Just Right was professional and great service. Juan and his team arrived at their scheduled time frame, they wore masks and booties on their shoes and made sure to keep everything clean just as it was before they left. Juan was responsive to all my questions and made sure everything was clear. Highly recommend their services.
