Justin and crew are great. This is the second time I have used them first for a new on-demand water heater and second for drain cleaning. Great service!

Justin and Kirsten are fabulous. We have had Just In Time out for . . .just about everything. An emergency visit to fix a heater a few years ago just as our family was arriving to stay for the holidays, fixing the seals on two toilets that starting leaking when we were out of town, cleaning out a 'sticky' faucet that had been filled with sediment and most recently an EPIC septic system upgrade. Not just a normal repair - tearing up everything, new lines, new distribution boxes, pumping - taking a vintage, non-operable system into the modern age. Justin is thorough in his bids, takes notes and pictures along the way and great at explaining what needs to be done and giving clear estimates on both time and cost. We work away from the home and I have full trust in letting Justin and his team go in to make repairs while we're away which makes it so much easier for everyone. Kirsten is a delight - she always answers calls with a positive attitude and helpful in prioritizing jobs that are a bit more of an emergency than others. She is so easy to work with on sending payments and just generally keeping things on schedule. Truly A++!!
We hired Justin to fix our heater as we thought we had a gas leak. When he came out (one hour late), he did not find a gas leak, but he secured the unit. The unit still had an issue, so we called our gas company. They found the leak. Go figure! We paid Justin, but he clearly didn't know what he was doing. We then tried to problem solve our unit by contacting the manufacturer of the unit in hopes of getting a new part. Justin refused to get the new part from the manufacturer and try to fix the issue. I'm surprised they weren't interested in repeat business. Sadly, I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional, not helpful, not willing to problem solve. It's all about dollar to him and not customer service.
On time did a good job
Justin & Kerstin were very good communicators. Justin did top notch work replacing my septic pump and all it needed to put the house back in service and cleaned up before he left as well! Justin prides him self in doing great work and knows that because of his attention to the details you will not need to call him back a second time for the same job! He does it right the first time. I will recommend these folks in a heart beat!!... just know that this quality of workman ship commands a rich price. Kirsten was great at staying in communication and made sure that work was done in a timely manner. great family owned business team!

Justin did an amazing job fixing our shower after other plumbing companies wouldn't even come out to give us an estimate. It was not an easy job and he did it quickly and professionally, we are very happy to have our water back on! Would recommend Justin to friends and family.

Recieved quick service installing my new AC from the folks at Just In Time. If you have any issues with your plumbing, ac, or whatever they provide excellent cusotmer support and will get you sorted out right away. I can definitely recommend them for AC.
This is a great general home service company that we've recently been using. Just-In Time has been able to tackle just about every job we threw at them including AC repair, septic work, and a few common household plumbing problems. It's got to be said that out of a good majority of the companies I've come across the employees both customer support and techs have been outstanding.
Tried to fix our apartments heater by myself, but I only managed to get it partially working (only warm air, not hot). This was the company located closest to our home, so I had them come out to take a look for me. At first I thought I might have to get the whole unit replaced, but the issue was with a faulty surface ignitor, something I am not familiar with. Luckily for me the replacement part wasn't too expensive and they were able to get it installed in the same day as well which was great. Glad I decided to use them in the end, one less thing for me to worry about in my list of projects.
Ya, I would recommend using their services. Our old HVAC company we used before is no longer in business. JiT is a great alternative though.
These guys came out to my parents house to fix a problem with their water heater. They've noticed a strange noise coming from the tank recently so I called Just-In Time Home Services for them because I afraid it could be dangerous. What they found was a small leak in the tank that was slowly dripping water. Fixed it in under an hour by replacing the endcap with a new one. They also cleaned the tank while they were at it which was a nice bonus.
Wonderful experience! Justin made us warm again & quickly too. Was surprised that they could fit us in the same day we called, great experience. Highly recommend!
