They sent Cesar outin a timely manner. I was notified prior to his arrival. Cesar took the time to explain the issue with my HVAC system, what to look for in the future should the issue arise again, and self-help resolutions. I recommend Just Fix It Spring.
What a phenomenal team. From the beginning quote with Abel to the superb and professional installation of Robert and his team. I cannot express enough how extremely satisfied both me and my wife are. So professional from start to finish. The installation was seamless and They left the area cleaner than they received it. I highly recommend this company for any of your AC and heating needs.
Abel diagnosed our problem quickly, and walked us through the cause, as well as how long each solution would last. We're in the process of selling our home, but we needed a solution to get us through the summer. Abel made a recommendation that allowed us to remain comfortable, and increased the value of our home without blowing a hole in my credit card! Even better? He was able to get somebody out the same day to replace our outside unit. Excellent service from knowledgeable, caring technicians. Highly recommend.

The tech was able to find the issue why my A/C would not turn out. He was able to get it working but said I should change out the unit because the fix would probably be temporary. They will be here Monday to replace the unit.

Great customer service
Initially I gave this company a five star review. They were professional and efficient when they replaced my HVAC system and hot water heater. I've since learned I paid way too much for the new systems and their follow-up service is virtually non-existent. I've needed information to provide to my home warranty company to try to recover some or all of the cost of the replacements. I've requested several times over the past several months and no one will give me the time of day. Very frustrating to say the least. After spending almost $18,000 with them one would think JFI would be more interested in keeping a customer a happy customer.
