In the peak of the summer South Texas Heat, I was pessimistic that an HVAC company would be able to quickly respond to a crisis and diagnose the issue without excessive upcharge or capitalizing on the situation to sell unnecessary equipment/products. From start to finish, Just Better HVAC acted with the highest integrity, openness and fairness, while delivering top-quality service. This company literally saved our skins with the heat wave that came in last weekend. Our entire A/C system died - it was more than fifteen years old so I guess it was coming but the timing couldn't have been worse - the weather forecast was giving heat advisories with a temperature of 110 for the weekend. Plus whomever built the house and installed the old unit had used some funky sized air equipment. Just Better HVAC was able to get us a new unit here and have it installed and up and running within three days (just in time to avoid the coming heat advisory) at a super fair price. They also left their work areas spotlessly clean and were fantastic about accommodating our incredibly neurotic dog. Turns out they're huge dog lovers, too - can this company be any more awesome? Cannot recommend them enough.

I wish I had contracted Just Better for my A/C replacement originally, rather than gaining a second opinion and troubleshooting the other company's work afterwards through Just Better. David is responsive, truthful, extremely knowledgeable, and a man of his word. It was a pleasure doing business with David and Just Better HVAC.
