Our A/C System went out at 3 PM on a 95 degree day. Mr. Juno was here at 7:30 the next morning. He replaced the fan motor (he had one with him), topped off the coolant, checked and serviced the system completely. In less than 2 hours the 83 degree temperature in our house was going down. Very professional and courteous, I recommend his business and will be calling him in the Fall to get our system ready for winter.
Our fan motor on our outside AC Unit went out. Home warranty gave the work order to Juno. What a great company! Juno called me back within 3 hours of receiving the work order and was out the next afternoon. Juno came prepared with all the parts he needed for a routine maintenance fix and had our AC back running within an hour.
Juno Carson has to be the most unprofessional being I have ever met. This being demanded payment before he even turned one screw. If you need your AC repaired, he is NOT the one to call. My warranty company sent him and I believe they were working in kahoots in order to scam me out of money. My neighbor warned me about him, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, especially when I had no air conditioning and it was in excess of 100 degrees. I was asking him questions about the services and payment and he became very unruly, stating, “Get someone else to do it then.” I offered various payment methods such as a post dated check or cashier’s check to hold the money until the job was completed. He declined both, saying he wanted the money first. When I kept asking questions about details/breakdown of the charges, he called my warranty company and canceled the job, saying that I didn’t want to pay him. They, in turn, refused to assign another service provider and offered only to pay for labor, since my unit had already been ordered. I pleaded with him because I was desperate for air. He then blocked my number and left me with no unit and consequently no air. This being is concerned only with money. You’d be wise to steer clear!!!!
