Recently had our AC service by JSM for annual cleaning and check up. We then realize we had a diff problem that needed attention (some kind of internal thermostat that kept our AC turning on and off within minutes). JSM quickly found the issue and got on it quick! Now our AC is running how it’s suppose to. Highly Recommend this company. Very professional and very friendly. THANKS JSM
JSM did such a wonderful job at replacing my evaporator coil. Very nice, peronsalable, and return text/ emails quickly. I've been a coustomer for the last two years and will continuously call JSM cooling for any AC issue.
Joseph and his teammate were very knowledgeable and knew the problem within 5 mins of inspecting the system. They went right into solving the issue. Within an hour our AC was back up and running. On top of that Joseph was walking me though problem and solution throughout the process.
Installed new 3 ton system and all duct work for a 1000 sq ft shop space. Very professional, worked with the site manger to ensure placement was to site requirements. Extremely satisfied with the work, would highly recommend.
Joseph came out in person today to repair the AC that had been down for several days. He communicated when he'd arrive, texted before to confirm, showed up on time and had us up and running in about an hour total. He had to replace the fan motor and compressor. While he was fixing what he needed to, he also took the time to clean the unit, which we discovered had not been done any of the previous times repairs were made in the last 8 years. Definitely recommend JSM Cooling and especially Joseph for all your HVAC needs!
They have very responsive communication by call or text and responded quickly fixing my issue before anyother nearby company would send somebody out. I recommend everybody use their service before checking with other local companies.

Joseph is so knowledgeable about AC systems! I have had to call him a few times for different issues. He has always responded immediately and has been there to repair it either same day or the next. He recently just replaced our entire AC unit and was super fast. He is always quick to respond to any questions!

JSM Cooling was the service my landlord uses for repairs on his properties and the service could not have been better. They tracked down the problem and the normal solution of clearing a drainage pipe did not work but was able to install a new pump and drain line to the unit. The service was top quality and professional. You have your choices when picking a service repair company but JMS Cooling Solutions is the right choice to pick.
We had an issue with our unit freezing- ice all over the outdoor unit. JSM came out on a weekend day and examined the situation, he couldn’t be certain that the fan was the issue (very expensive fix) so he told us to wait and see what happened again and gave us tips on what he thought would recreate the issue. We followed his steps and sure enough 2 days later we had ice again. Without fail, JSM came back out and wired our fan to stay on, since he had a hunch that it was the thermostat inside that was actually failing. He said to wait a week to ensure that the fan was working properly. Sure enough, the fan worked all week long and JSM came back out and installed a new thermostat in our house! There’s no doubt that any other company would not have spent the time and energy that he did, coming out a total of 3 times to troubleshoot and make sure that we weren’t unnecessarily replacing a unit, and spending a lot of money to do so. I will recommend JSM to everyone that is in need of a reliable, honest, and affordable HVAC repair!
If I could give 10/10 stars I would because Joseph is amazing!! He was prompt, efficient, and offered me the best price to repair my appliance. Hands down the best in the Austin area. Will recommend to anyone!

Life saver! Joseph was great! We reached out to him on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. He was knowledgeable and helped us try to diagnose our issue before he even came out. Once he came out he tried several solutions to try to save us money. We ended up needing a new motor. He had us back up and running as soon as he could once he was able to get the part after the holiday weekend. Highly recommend using this company.
Joseph was absolutely wonderful. The first thing that caught my eye as he drove up in his van, was that it says "Pet Friendly". As a pet owner that says a lot. We have 4 giant breed dogs and he was great with them. The service he provided was super detailed and he explained in great detail everything he did. He even found things that I don't think many would expect someone to even see. I am grateful for that. He was on time, did wonderful work, and was such a nice guy. Plus, he loves animals! I will call Joseph any time I need something for our system.
