Our HVAC at our facility (commercial) has been broken for some time. We had a quote for a full replacement being pressured upon us by our old service provider. They quoted us nearly 19k for the replacement. I reached out to Joe, owner of JRD, for a second opinion. He found that the previous company we used put the wrong freon in the unit and it basically shut it down. Not only could he explain in detail what was wrong but he gave me options for repair and to replace- both DRASTICALLY less expensive than the other quotes we received. Joe is able to fix our unit, provided us with a 2 year parts and labor warranty on the work. Joe answered his phone immediately, made it out to a site visit the next day and sent me the quotes same day. He scheduled the work 2 days later. He is phenomenal. Good guy, honest and transparent and quick to resolve your issue. We switched over our Preventative Maintenance to JRD because we have been so impressed. I cant recommend JRD enough!
So I interviewed 5 different AC companies and Joe was not only the best price, but the most knowledgeable of all of them. He gave me the most information so that I could make an informed decision. He even registered my two units for me and took his own time to do it! He has checked up on me to make sure that everything is working smoothly. When I tell you I feel like he was the only one who was not money hungry and really just wanted to do a good job and give me a fair price, he's the real deal! I intend to use Joe from now on for all my AC/ heating projects!

Reached out to Joe about a full unit and had a response with in the same day. Joe got back to me with an awesome quote. He had me worked into his schedule within a couple of days. I will say his team took care of business dismantling my old worn out system and installing my new Trane compressor, condenser, and furnace. He even went above and beyond replacing a few other items with out hesitation. Keep in mind Trane units are on back order and he had them in stock! Already working on scheduling some other upgrades to my heating and cooling system. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thanks Joe and your team!
These guys came out to install our units at 9pm on a Sunday. This is what I called customer service. Knew we had three young kids, did everything they could to fit us in ASAP. Joe is the man, hands down, best AC company I've ever worked with. Will use them anyday for commercial or residential services.
Joe and his team were phenomenal! We needed our AC replaced and a new one installed, they were quick to respond and got us an appointment for the next morning. His team was on time and they were efficient. Excellent work, excellent customer service from everyone. The new AC unit is fantastic and runs so well! Amazing job all around

I recommend JRD to EVERYONE!!! Joe helped me in many ways possible considering it’s summer and with 16months old infant and the temp outside is over 90 degrees. He won’t let you down!. As a matter of fact, he allows me to use his spare AC unit over a week even though I did not get any approval from my insurance company yet. I had been putting off my attic AC repair since it had been problematic for several years. But I heard about Joe from a previous recommendation and gave him a try. He's my guy now. Came over at once, looked over the mess, quoted a firm price and sent his crew over the next morning. They gutted the old attic mess, installed a new coil and plenum, cleaned all the duct work and put everything back together. I'm ready for the summer. Thanks Joe !

JRD Residential air-conditioningIs is my new AC installer. I hired him to do a new AC install at my mothers house and he did an awesome job he was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. He told us everything we needed to make it happen. He took the time and shared his resources to make the install happen at a reasonable price. I will be using him for my future AC repair

My AC system went out over the Father’s Day weekend and I was having a hard time finding the equipment to replace it. I called Joe of JRD Residential and Commercial Services and he was able to help me out. He was very courteous and professional and assisted with what I needed. Having said that I tried reaching out to him several times to get a receipt from only to get no response. I would still recommend using him, but just make sure you get a receipt up front.
