I was panicked when my boiler stopped working, and assumed I’d need tons of repair work done. He picked up my call right away, and was here within the hour. Thankfully, all I needed was a cleaning, and I’m back up and running. Super happy with the response time and quick fix.
A 5 Star rating is too low for the services they provided. SUPERB customer service and exquisite workmanship. They did an excellent job in explaining about the equipments and what needed to be done. I received 3 different quotes to replace my Centeral A/C system and the reason why I picked JP Parks: the prices was reasonable and straight forward and they were extremely honest.
