Lost the compressor in my unit. It was under warranty. Called the company that put it in, the price they quoted me seemed quite a bit high. So I called JMG and ask for a quote. HOLY COW. Not only was it half as much, but Brent got every done and the unit working quite fast. Well over 25 years experience, he knows what he's doing and won't try and sell you parts you don't need. I can not say enough wonderful things about Jordan Mechanical Group, LLC. A few weeks ago, we noticed our air conditioner was no longer working and it was getting hot fast inside our home. I reached out to JMG after hours to see if they could possibly schedule us in quickly to take a look at our unit. Not even 12 hours later, Brent was at my door and eager to help out. Thankfully, it was a quick fix and he had it up and running in under 20 minutes. He also took the time to explain the type of unit we have, our timeline of when to expect to change our unit out, and what kinds of costs we will likely come across. Items like HVAC systems can be very costly at once, and he suggested that we have a few years left and to start now with financial planning on replacing the system. I couldn’t have reached out to a better company that truly cares for their customers. Amazing customer service!! Thank you so much for helping us out Brent. We will continue to use JMG, LLC for our HVAC needs for many years to come!
I am very impressed with JMG. Brent’s knowledge of heating and cooling systems is apparent. He walked me through what repairs were needed and the cost before performing the work, and explained our heating and cooling system. His knowledge, integrity and commitment to quality work is top notch. He is a pleasure to work with, and I definitely recommend him. I plan to use only JMG for any future heating and cooling system needs.
JMG was able to come do a residential service on short notice for a home inspection request with the sale of our home. They were thorough, professional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
We've worked with Brent for years when he was with the leading HVAC contractor in town. We were delighted when he started up his own group and was willing to keep working with us. We've always been completely satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge and great communications as we work through outages or new installs. We always feel as though we are getting treated as though he were at his own home working on his own equipment - very thorough. Highly recommended .

I am the Maintenance & Construction Project Lead at a facility. When I started there were many different contractors doing work here. All of them have been replaced because of poor service.I tried JMG and really am happy I did. I have been using JMG now and wish I could find other contractors exactly like them. They are fair, honest, on time and really go above and beyond. These guys really do earn your business! They stand behind the work they do. Brent has personally taken time out of his day to stop by and help me with a couple strange issues I could not figure out. If you are looking for a hard working, fair company. This is the right one for you. And heck, he might even stop by with a cup of coffee for you. Just because. Good job guys!

We had JMG come to our shop and check out our A/C that hasn't worked in the last 3 years. We've had a few other companies check it out and try to sell us a new system. One company even did an expensive repair to "fix" it and it didn't work. Mike from JMG came out, took the time to see what was going on, and repaired it correctly instead of trying to bully us in to a new $20,000 system. The A/C has been working like a champ since he repaired it, even in these very hot days we've been having.

Highly recommend this local small business! I was able to book a next day appointment for a quote, Brent gave me a quote on the spot, and the equipment was booked pending my decision. When I chose them later that afternoon, it was mere minutes before he had the permit arranged and was able to install a new heat pump the next business day. Brent went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with!

Yesterday was the hottest day yet this year and I noticed my air conditioning unit was already not keeping up! We called Jordan Mechanical Group first thing this morning and received amazing customer service from the start! They were able to send a technician out today. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, as well as found and repaired issues from our install from 3 years ago with a different company. He was great at explaining everything that was going on with our unit from why it was not working to how it can be fixed. I would highly recommend Jordan Mechanical Group to anyone in need of HVAC repair or maintenance. They will be our go to from here out on all of our service and repair needs! I really appreciate how friendly, efficient and honest your technician was! Thank you so much!!
JMG'S response, professionalism, and technical knowledge of the problem was excellent. The problem was diagnosed, corrected immediately. I would recommend JMG to anyone with an Hvac problem. We be chillin.
