I'm very torn on this review as the 1st tech came out and did a very good job of diagnosing the issue. the 2nd tech that came out left the damper motor unplugged and a hole for air to escape from the flexpipe. 3rd tech did a good job of figuring out what was wrong and got it going correctly. the other issue is the upselling of things that are not really necessary. what should have costed me around 400 - 600$ ended up being 1600$. So my experience is mixed. I will use the service again but will be definitely checking prices elsewhere first before oking the work.
They keep mailing me solitiction and i KEEP BEGGING them to stop. Big corporations can do it. Why not a local company? And it can't be recycled because of the coating they put on their solicitation.

Do not recommend. Put on parts that were not needed without authorization. Took 2 days to get a service manager on the phone, Josh, who was by far an EXTREMELY rude "manager." Receptionist told manager that we were rude to them when we were nothing but pleasant. Also mark up prices by 200%. I get marking up items but a $25-$50, at most, part they charged $250 for. Don't waste your money!!!!

Great service for routine PM on my unit. Got a call from him that he was on the way and we met right on time. Checked everything out and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Good job.

Our HVAC system began making noises during the early hours of the morning. I called Jordan Air, they quickly came and had the issue resolved by Noon. Thank you, Jeff and Jeremiah!

Jordan air has always been fair and professional. Their tech Babacar is amazing! As a single mom who knows nothing about heat pumps, I’m very hesitant someone is going to try to sell unneeded work. I don’t feel that way at all with Jordan Air, or Babacar.
Matt did a great job of explaining our systems' status to us as well as did a thorough job on servicing both of them. He identified some issues and helped us with solutions. Very personable as well.

Jordan Air is the best. The office staff is very helpful and schedules service calls to fit your schedule. The tech always calls to let you know when heah on the way. Carmine was my tech today. He called before, arrived on time and was very professional. I had some questions about my thermostat and he answered them and also showed me some extra things that it could do. Thanks Carmen. Great job.
