i gave terry a $4,000 check to start work in January 2023, its currently May, 17. and virtually no progress has been made on my project. I've called Terry 12 times in the last 2 weeks. he is non responsive. i believe terry has stolen all my dollars. regretfully, I've had to pass this situation to my lawyer, and the state of Michigan, as there is nothing left for me to do.
Terry at JAM was a pleasure to work with. He was down to earth, and was more than fair with the price. We bought online and Terry installed for us. The units look great, and all the work was done correctly. He made sure that all the pipe was run correctly so it will drain, and cleaned up after himself very well. Very polite, and understanding. Highly recommend JAM.
These guys came in WAY more reasonably priced than three others, and were fairly prompt, very professional, and extremely friendly.
