My sister prefer them to me. I called and they were willing to come. The very next day. Unfortunately, I had an appointment that I could not break. But they came the third day, just like they said they would be. He was very nice courteous. I was really grateful for the amount that wasn't a lot. I'm very happy I will recommend them.

Was on time. Was at home total of 15 min left with the main brake for ac and did not hook everything back up to ac unit. Now I have no main beaker for ac unit.

My heater was out and my home warranty sent this company over. Gentlemen was very helpful and determined the thermostat to be the issue. He replace the thermostat and resolved issue with out making me go through home warranty company which was nice. Only feedback is the thermostat he installed is the best looking and seems cheap, but it works.
We started using Jon Dooley Heating & Cooling after another company ( a well known company) tried to say we needed a lot of repairs to our air conditioning system that was going to cost around $5000. We called Jon Dooley Heating & Cooling for a second opinion and was told that we did not need those repairs and the cost to fix unit was about $230. We have been using them for a few years now and they are always professional, honest and on time. I would highly recommend their services.

The team came out for a maintenance. The guys were thorough and friendly and explained everything in detail! During the few days after the visit I just felt something was wrong which probably had to do with the high humidity but I felt the need to be sure. The guys came back out and went through the whole system. The lead guy even checked the weather humidity levels to reassure me. He even got on top of the roof again to check the system. I felt very relieved! His attitude was everything I needed to be reassured! I highly recommend Jon Dooley.
