Great quality and job done right and on time .I see other reviews.not one of them want pay even diagnostic.then write a bad review???I think those bad customers and not techs fault
If you can please stay away from this "company" if you even want to call it that. Eyad Jomah was at our house and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He had no idea what he was talking about when it came to fixing our A/C. He scams you into paying $150 for a service fee and doesn't even do anything. If you want good professional service call Ken at Design Air Heating & Cooling he will get the job done !
This guy was very unprofessional Got into an Argument with my Wife after we refused a $150 fee just to show up even though the website says $50 He threaten me and told me to “Keep my family Safe” not to mention he has no idea what he’s doing. Jomah is bad news STAY AWAY
Waste of $75. The owner didn't seem honest and competent.
Lied about free estimate over the phone unil i gave him the address then preassure me to pay him after just takeing off same panel i did, i agreed just to get him out my house because my child and the way he was acting i just wanted him out, just so he call me threataning me later because i didnt answer his call, i just didnt answer calls because the same 800 number i called and he responded i got about 200 other calls, so i give him a F on his customer service and buissness practises
