Technician shows up without a mask, when I asked, goes to the truck to get it, then when asked to cover his nose... mentions his trouble with doing that. Half way up the stairs he declares that he does not work on mini-split AC systems, turns around, and walks out the house into his truck. I asked what I am supposed to do now with this open service call, to tells me I have to call the warranty company and take it up with them. Then drives off. So unprofessional, did not see or feel any customer service from the moment I asked if he had a mask to wear.

I went through my home warranty company (HWA) & less than an hour after getting off the phone with my home warranty company to request a service, Johnsons Heating & Cooling called to inquire about the service request I placed. He came immediately the same day to check out my AC unit & he fixed it, as well as checked on the other items on the unit to ensure everything was running smoothly. He explained throughly what was going on with my unit. He was super efficient & professional throughout the duration of the service call. I would highly recommend utilizing this local company.

Do not use this company. My AC hasn’t been working right, my warranty company sent this company out to look at it. He replaced a capciator and said it was fixed. It wasn’t fixed. My air still wasn’t working right. It was 83 degrees in my house. Called him back, he refused to come back and look at it that day. Came back the next day, was here less than 5 minutes, and told us to “Turn on a fan. You will be fine.” Then informed us he had real work to go do. I have a young asthmatic child and a house without a proper cooling system is not good for her. Needless to say, another company came out, found what exactly was wrong with the unit and is in the process of getting it replaced. This company is unprofessional and incredibly rude.

Highly unprofessional! They bullshited us around for a week and was suppose to order the part the was “wrong “ with the AC unit! Come today we call and ask what’s going on never ordered the part and will be another 2 weeks without ac! Knowing I have a 6 MONTH OLD INFANT in my house with no ac for over a week! So we called one hour service came out and fixed it with in 15 mins! It wasn’t even the reason these clowns told us it was! Then when my husband called to tell him that we don’t need his service he got nasty with my husband told him when he got off work tonight “to meet and square up”! Seriously your going to fight a customer! You are super unprofessional and I hope NO ONE uses this guy!

$405 later, and I still have no A/C. The technician initially ensured me my freon and everything was fine and that I just needed a new motor of sorts. He ordered the part and then installed the next day. Air still wasn't blowing. He checked my capacitors and replaced one. Air still wasn't blowing. Contacted the guy again and he stated my coils could need to be cleaned or I might need freon (which now he insists he never checked.) We arranged for him to come by with freon and he never shows up, never contacts me, and has yet to contact me back. Would love to get another company out to help, but I already blew all my money on this scam artist. I guess it's going to.be a long, hot summer.
