Johnson plumbing is very professional with a great staff.
They were recommended by another plumber because they know how to deal with cast iron pipes. The other companies who came to look did not want to touch this repair. The two plumbers I dealt with, Jake Barnhart (who did the work) and Nico (did the estimate) were excellent.

My water heater was 20+ years old and I wanted to replace it before it caused a problem. Johnson Plumbing was prompt, courteous and replaced it with Bradford White unit I requested. I will definitely call them with any future plumbing needs.
First visit charged $600 for a clogged kitchen drain, garbage disposal and reconfigure pipes under kitchen sink to unclog. First technician told me it was fixed. The sink is still not draining properly. Called them back and another technician was sent out. He did not clear the clog either. Johnson Plumbing only has a 25 ft snake and I was told they do not guarantee drain clogs and I should call another company - good advice for anyone thinking about using Johnson Plumbing.
Installed the wrong water heater, made a terrible mess, refuses to help me with water violently sputtering from the hot water taps (a known problem with Bradford white water heater anode rod). Incredibly poor service all around (deflecting, lies, and a refusal to help me).

Ted showed up right away and gave me an honest assessment of my problem. We discussed different options and came up with something I could deal with at the time. Ted and his assistant went to work and completed the job quickly and fixed the problem. I will definitely use Johnson from now on. Also what I was charged was very reasonable.

I called, and was told that I could get same day service. Ken showed up about 3 hours later, to fix a bath tub issue. Very professional. Great service. He had the job complete very fast. Competative pricing. I woild definitely recommend Johnson. Thank you!

We have a very large store in downtown Reno. A few years ago a smell started coming into the back side of the building. I had a few plumbers look to see what they could find. But no luck. The smell just got worse. It got so bad, we couldn't even stand to be in that part of building. I called Johnson Plumbing. Ken came out and started working on the issue right away. He was determined to find the problem. As I said, we have had others look for the problem before, so it wasn't that simple. But Ken found not one, but multiple issues in our vents sewage pipes. Cracks, splits, and broken pipes. We now can breath again. Thank you Ken and Johnson plumbing. YOU ARE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!

This is my 3rd time using Johnson Plumbing, I had a few projects I needed for this coming winter. My Furnace is over 40 years old and my gas bill was always over $80 in winter time. With this new one my bill is under $40 wow energy efficiency at it's best by the end of this winter it would pay for its self. Also called 3 other plumbers all where over $1,000 more one company was over $3,000 more. I'm happy with the service and price. I also got there winter package did the full home for about 1/2 the price of others. I also had a few leaking sinks and no charge free and at the moment they are doing my bathroom remodel they have a few more days to go and looks amazing. This holiday season I'm having family over everyone will be impress with my bathroom. The first time I had Johnson Plumbing over was to install a water filtration system. I've never had a problem with it and this nice guy David is always happy to help thank you to everyone at Johnson Plumbing your my plumbers for life.
