Honestly this company was a life saver our heat went out in 32 degree weather on Sunday night at 8 and a guy was here fixing our furnace the next morning, courteous and professional. I will definitely be using Johnson mechanical in the future!
Arriving to work this morning to discover we have no heat, nor does our sister office next door. Both offices are sitting at 60° and getting colder. Have I mentioned these are both doctor's offices, one being pediatric who have a full schedule of seeing patients with school being out (today being a federal holiday and all) I called Nick and explained our situation. He showed up within 20min of my call, diagnosed the issue, had to leave to get parts, was back, issue fixed and everything back together within 2hrs. He definitely saved the day today for employees and patients both. Also, the price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone needing help with heat/air, and will certainly use him again for any future needs.
The compressor in our HVAC system needed replaced. We were referred to Johnson Mechanical by our homeowners insurance. Nicholas was super nice the entire process, explained everything that needed done and next steps, and worked with our insurance to get everything fixed and figured out. Definetly will return if we have any other issues!
One of the best experiences i have had with HVAC repair technicians. Very professional and friendly on every occurrence. They are very responsive when you call or text, very informative in their profession. We had an issue with the installed furnace not reaching the desired temperature i let Johnson Mechanical know and they were out the next morning and was able to have the issue resolved in 30 minutes. I will not be using anyone else for HVAC questions or concerns in the future, they are wonderful to work with.
I use Nick on all of my properties and deal with him on nearly a daily basis. To say he runs a good company is an understatement. He is punctual, fairly priced, and as honest as they come. I have hired hvac contractors before and caught them lying but when Nick shows up he does everything he can to complete the job properly and as cost efficient as possible and is all ways detailed in explaining his diagnosis. If I could give Johnson mechanical 10 stars I would. Highly recommended.
I reached out to Nicholas Johnson regarding my AC unit not working properly on the hottest day of the 2022 Summer he was able to come the following morning as it was late when I called he came at the schedule time and was able to assess the situation. He was able to obtain the parts I needed and fixed my AC unit the following day for a reasonable price. Nick Johnson, Johnson Mechanical was assigned my claim from First American Home Warranty in early May. He came to my home on May 23rd and determined that my A/C unit would have to be replaced. The warranty company ordered the equipment on May 26th and the equipment was available for pick up June 3rd in Louisville. Nick scheduled me for installation on June 23rd. He did not show, call or text that he would not be here. He then rescheduled my installation for today, July 1st. He has not shown up, called or texted any updates. This is the 2nd time I have taken off work for my installation. I called the warranty company and they reached out to the supplier who then informed them that the order for my equipment had been canceled due to not being picked up. To say this is BAD BUSINESS is an understatement!!! I will NEVER use this company nor will I refer this company to anyone!!! Did I mention that my air conditioner has been out for 7 weeks!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!
I am very dissatisfied with this company. Our ac has gone out and my elderly father has been trying to get a new ac put in and has been getting the run around for weeks now. Repeatedly given excuse after excuse and we are sick of it. Wont call back and never comes when he says he will. And this has happened at least 3 times in the past 4 weeks. Its HOT and my parents are elderly and my son has asthma and neither need to be sitting in a heated house in 92 degree weather. He has tp go thru our home warranty and this is who the warranty is making us go thru. Unfortunately we might just have to pay out of pocket so we can sit in our home and not sweat and be able to sleep at night.
Nick was 5 stars all the way! Great response time, friendly and got us taken care of ASAP. Will be our go-to guy from now on. Highly recommended!
When my heating unit went out last night, my home warranty said they couldn’t get me an appointment until Monday…until I called them back and got the number from Johnson’s. After leaving a message and texting, Nick came out in between installs ON A SATURDAY and fixed it. I’m grateful for Nick and will definitely use him in the future.
Very easy to talk to and explained my heating issues to me. He even followed up with me to make sure my heating system was running properly. Highly recommend this company.
Nick was a wonderful rescue to our new home! When our heating system decided to start going out in the middle of the cold, he made time in his busy schedule to help us that day. He was very professional and honest with us, extremely nice and well mannered. He called to keep us updated in acquiring the needed parts, made sure we saw all repairs being made. All around the best experience we’ve had service-wise. He will be my go to with all future heating and AC maintenance, for sure! 😊
Would highly recommend Nick for any HVAC services. Was very competitive on quoting out replacement for new Furnace/AC. Communicated very well as the install went along and didn't leave til everything was cleaned up and looking great. Very professional...courteous and honest which is hard to find with HVAC companies. Excellent company!
Very reliable and dependable when I have had issues with my A/C and furnace. Has even come out on the weekend on short notice when the A/C stopped working on a hot day. Got it up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Nick came out to clean and fix my unit just months after I had someone else “fix” it. Nick not only was honest, but he explained the issues in depth and didn’t do unneeded work because I wouldn’t know better. He was priced better and had our A/C up and going quickly! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Nick!
