I don't like my time being wasted and being hungup on with no answers. I wasn't even being rude, just wanted to know if you were still showing up since you no call no show two days in a row. I'm at home waiting with things to do. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good with this company, I liked Brandon, I've reccomended him multiple times in the past, install unltimately looked good despite headaches, but not anymore. No way I can reccomend this company to anyone.
Brandon Stowe lies and cheats his way through everything. Total scam artist. He changes his company name and moves away after he screws people out of thousands of dollars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND his company to anyone that wants a fair and honest HVAC professional.he gets 1 star because there’s no other way to leave a review.
Excellent installation, very professionally done. They are very detail oriented.
I am writing this review in an effort to prevent others from going through the nightmare I have been through with CrackerJack. I have been through endless stress of a project that was meant to be completed in 3 days but still not completed after 7 months. There have been countless no shows, phone calls/emails/texts not returned, promises not kept. I continued trying to work with Brandon to get the install completed because getting another company out is very difficult to impossible once the job has been started. Unfortunately, CrackerJack (Brandon) still hasn't finished the job, even though telling me it was complete - it just had to be "turned on". Brandon tried to get me to pay the remainder that would be due upon completion before completing the project. (The agreement was half up front and half upon completion, as is pretty standard in Seattle.) He left the project unfinished, with many lines still not run, a hole in my house open to the outside, and never pulled the permit or scheduled an inspection. He finally promised in writing to finish the project including pulling the permit and getting inspection, on a specific date, if I would take down the reviews I have left so far until then. That was several weeks ago. He no-called, no-showed on that date, and I have not heard from him since. I checked and the permit still has not been pulled. I give up. No one should have to go through this to get a ductless system installed, or anything for that matter. Meanwhile I was pretty much without heat in my upstairs bedrooms during this time, using a space heater. I could go on with grievances in dealing with this company, but I think you have enough info at the nightmare dealing with Crackerjack can be.
Cracker Jack Air pros did a wonderful job of fixing our detached airduct in our attic.They were very responsive and we were able to get an early appointment with their service agent.Very clean quality work.I highly recommend Cracker Jack Air pros.
CrackerJack Pros recently finished Central AC install at my single family home. Brandon did an amazing job with the installation. He is super knowledgable, very patient and goes extra mile to ensure top notch quality of the work. My whole HVAC/AC closet looks amazing and everything has been running smoothly.
Very happy with my new AC and furnace. I had a couple bids and CrakerJack was the best. The technician was kind, informed and professional.
Storm was honest. He was genuine with his diagnosis. He had GREAT positive vibes which made me feel comfortable. I was anxious when he first arrived. His knowledge eased my anxieties. Thanks Storm☺️
Not only was the price reasonable the quality of work was truly outstanding! Brandon really takes pride in doing things right and went above and beyond all the way.
Had my (old) furnace die on Thanksgiving. Was able to get ahold of Brandon and he was out at my house within 3 days for a quote and able to get the install of the furnace and heat pump done before Christmas. Very upfront about any questions or concerns I had and able to remedy all. So 10/10 recommend. Went above and beyond to fix on any unexpected hiccups that arose during install. Had a fast turnaround time. Which saved us from the 9* weather earlier this week.
Crackerjack air pro (Brandon Stowe) is known as criminal and his not certified to installing a HVAC systems. We have purchased a heat pump and this heat pump is not working properly and heat only reaches to 60 degree. We originally order the Daikan 16 seer 2 stages heat pump but Brandon installed Goodman 16 seer single stage and he promise me to he will come back and exchange. But suddenly he refuses to exchange and terminated my contract. So I have checked the king county court records for (Brandon Stowe) he has list of criminal records and dozen of electrical violations, theft, fraud, forgery and unpaid tax warrant. Every word he speaks is lies and cheating and hurting people.
We had Cracker Jack Air Pros onsite to check our HVAC system. The system had failed. Brandon immediately looked at the problem and was able to give us a cost effective solution compared to others. He was professional, courteous and knew a lot about HVAC’s. Extremely happy with their service. I would highly recommend this company.
Our outdoor unit froze up and we have been DYING in this heat. Brandon showed up within 45 minutes of our phone call. Talk about service! He had it fixed within the hour and we are happy campers. Highly recommend! Price was fair too.
I’d say the one bright spot is Brandon himself, otherwise communicating and waiting to hear responses on multiple occasions is very frustrating; from install dates not being done on time, texting and no response on when they will be back leaving my job 1/2 finished, a few more things as well. It pains me to post this but I feel like the process and communication from them to myself has been pretty poor since the beginning, I have a newborn on the way with a young child at home and it’s just a bummer to be honest. I don’t need a reply to this saying sorry from the owner, I just had better hopes as to the service and communication…I feel like I deserve that by choosing your business to comfort my family for years to come. I wouldn’t recommend and it’s hard for me to say that.

Brandon came to our home and did an excellent job he didn't ask for anything that didn't need to be done he only did what we asked him to do. I can't ask for a better company to work on our equipment we have joined a maintenance plan because we believe in this company.
