I called because I had some concerns regarding my AC and they told me to check my filter. It was a simple fix and they saved me money and time. They said to call if it didn't fix the problem. I really appreciate their help! Honest and helpful! :)
Johnny quickly responded to my inquiry and an appointment was promptly set. Upon arriving Johnny had the issue diagnosed and resolved in 30 minutes. Was very impressed with his straight forward communication and honest pricing. Highly recommend Johnny, I won't go anywhere else for any future issues.
They only repair A/Cs, so you don't have to worry that a service call will turn into a sales pitch for a new unit as with most companies. They repaired my A/C once at my old house. I tried to get them to come help with the A/C at my new place, but I am outside of their service area which I believe is focused around South Scottsdale. However, they provided as much free advice as they could to help me somewhat diagnose the issue and avoid getting scammed by the next company I had to call, and I really appreciate that.
It never fails. On the hottest day (so far and many more coming) the main A/C unit failed after a power surge. I called a couple companies, and they were happy to send someone out, but they needed to get back to me. I called Johnny's to check on availability, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they would be here in an hour. Turned out, it was less than an hour. They diagnosed the issue, quoted a fair price and got the unit running in less than 45 minutes. There really are hardworking folks in business getting things taken care of. It's a breath of fresh air!
Have used them 2 times over several years. 1st time answered Sunday night on Memorial weekend and out 7am next morning. 2nd time called at 8am here by 10am same day. VERY HONEST and great prices. Highly recommend!
Johnny came to fix my AC on a last minute notice. Its summer time and I was without AC, so he helped make it happen. After installing a part and getting it back up and running, I was back to normal. Fair pricing as well.
Johnny and his partner were quick to answer my call, prompt to respond and fixed my ac motor within the hour. I’m so happy with them and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Arizona is so hot right now- I’m glad it was overcast for them while they worked. :)
Fantastic service! Our air conditioning completely went out yesterday. We sent messages to a few AC companies. We heard back from Johnny almost immediately. This morning at 9am, we called and got right through. He tried to talk me through it, but it still wouldn’t work. Johnny was at my house by 10:45am and after replacing a part in our HVAC, the AC was working again by 11:30! Fast service, very accessible and fairly priced. He is our AC technician from now on!
