Great service, other companies wanted me to wait 5 days for service. John's was here a few hours after I called.....
Shady business practices!!! They did not honor their transferable AC unit within 18 months of my neighbor buying a brand new unit. My neighbor spent almost $10k for a new unit and the owner said nothing to him about this.
We have used John’s Air Conditioning & Heating for the past year and have had nothing but a good experience. Very honest company! All the staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Garrett just did a service call to check on our A/C unit with this heat and he thoroughly checked everything and explained the why & gave a few helpful tips. They have and will be our #1 go to for our home!
Our A/C seemed to be running poorly. I made another appt with a different company. Long story short they cancelled the appt last minute. I called John's Air. He's response was immediate. I had a service engineer within 30 minutes. The customer service with Johns Air is top notch. Quality chk on A/C the best. Don't hesitate to call. Completely satisfied. In the future we'll be calling John's Air Conditioning & Heating.

Garrett showed up on time, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He also was dressed cleanly. I say this because we've had repairmen show up that looked like they shouldn't have left their home that day dressed as they were. He listened to my problem and immediately diagnosed the problem and resolved it for us...
Johns Air Conditioning arrived on time the technician was very professional, The service was great, They found the issue quickly and got the system working again, Nice to be cool again !! I will definitely recommend them to friends.

Had an aging system which I wanted to replace prior to the heat arriving. John’s AC set reasonable expectations, responded promptly to my questions, gave me choice and allowed me to select the system that met my needs. install went as planned and on time! I would recommend John’s AC to anyone replacing their system.
