I had an issue late Friday afternoon, my AC would not work and my house was 87 degrees. I was worried about my puppy overheating, I found Mr.Israels business online and it indicated 24 hour service calls. I called and he was at my home 1 hour later, my home was built in the 80's and my AC system was updated last in 2007. Mr.Israel took the time to troubleshoot and the compressor was bad, he returned the next day with a brand new outdoor unit, replaced all wiring, tubing and even the service disconnect box. My AC now works and the temperature is a wonderful 74 degrees. I even have a 10 year warranty and free service calls for a year. I can't say how impressed I am by his compassion, knowledge, and work ethic. I even received a military discount. Thank you again for helping me in my time of need. 😁
Our A/C went out at night, John and his wife came first thing in the morning! They were extremely professional and worked in a timely manner, I would definitely use them again and would recommend them! Thanks again for getting our home back on track!!!

John responded same day with a visit to our home. On a Monday I may add. I was not a customer. But, his rapid response, unbeatable price and ability to perform the job in a timely fashion convinced me to entrust my heating and cooling system maintenance to him in the future. We woke up to warm temp inside, and called John Israel. He got us fixed up and cooling down first thing. John genuinely cares about the customer and will get your HVAC back up and running the right way. Highly recommend this company.
Our AC unit decided to quit on us after business hours, ON A FRIDAY! I found John Israel Heating & Air Conditioning on Nextdoor. I liked that he advertised as a family owned and family run business so I held my breath and contacted them via text at 7:30pm. John replied immediately and arrived in less than 15 minutes. We briefly described our problem and he went straight to work. He found the problem, (a contactor that needed to be replaced) installed a replacement part and had cold air blowing in less than 30 minutes!!! To top it off, our invoice was surprisingly fair! There were no extras and no outrageous fees for the timing of our call! THEN, He sent a text the next morning just to make sure our system was still working properly! This is a company/family with integrity. We definitely will be using this business again and I would highly recommend John Israel Heating & AC.

On July 4th 2022. We found that it was getting really warm in our house. The thermostat was showing 85 degrees. I did a Facebook post asking anyone if they knew anyone that would do AC work on a holiday. I had a few people comment on different companies. My cousin commented for me to try John Israel. I took a chance and called and they came out and looked at my system and knew exactly what the problem was but because it was a holiday he would not be able to repair it due to the parts company was closed but he would come out the next day. He showed up the next day and what I love about him and his company is that they are family owned and family oriented. If you call his number you will not get a answering service or receptionist. You will get him or his wife. They work together as a team. That felt very important to me. I would highly recommend him for any heating and cooling repairs. He’s very honest, dependable and his rates are very reasonable. He will not try to swindle you or take advantage of you or your situation. Thank you John and Candance. John was amazing!! I 10/10 recommend his service! He came same day to check on me when my a/c quit working and then fit me into his busy schedule to make sure I didn’t suffer in the Louisiana heat! He was honest about my options and have me the best service possible. He is hands down the BEST!! 🤩🎯💯
Honest and reasonably priced repair work. He let me know what was wrong and fixed it the same day. Cannot endorse this business enough!
