Hi- I used Duffy twice this year. Once for my Boiler maintenance and today for my baseboard heater. Awesome Company Awesome job !! Their technicians are highly experienced. I recommend to use Duffy ! I give them 5 Stars !!
John Duffy truck backed down our driveway when it was a sheet of ice got stuck told them several times to stop trying to go back up our driveway the driver was indignant & didn't listen the truck tore up our driveway & when we talked to the supervisor turned everything around & blamed us!!! We are Done with them!!! We had been a customer w them for almost 31 years this is how we are treated!!
These guys are the best in the business and the best contractors I have ever worked with. They are very personable, get the job done quickly for the amount they quote you, and are there for you if any issues arise. I would credit the success of the company to Gary and Andy, or Batman and Robin which better describes them! – they take the stress out of the business and make the job a pleasure from beginning to end, not to mention the professionalism and experience they bring to your project. The crew, with Gary and Andy at the top and Mario heading the supporting cast are proof that business can be fun!

Less than 1 star! This company is horrible! They were hired by our builder and when I contacted them for a problem we were having they sent a tech who couldn't exactly figure out the problem. We were told we would hear back from someone but never did. I called to follow up multiple times with Andy, the service manager, but he never returned my calls. I got their VP of Ops, Ted involved and he send Andy to our house to diagnose the issue. We came up with a plan of action and have been waiting for 2 weeks to hear back from them with their availability to do the work. Extremely poor service - buyer beware!
This company was the best company I've ever work for. It's family oriented I mean familia. Miss you guys may God bless you all. Yes I'm in Florida but my heart is still in New Jersey.
A person by the name of pricilla picked the line. Pricilla asked questions regarding the services I needed but was not sure if they service my area. So she transfer my call to a person named Andy. I introduce myself to Andy and I asked him if they service my area. Andy's replied, "is the area dangerous." wow , delicate to say the least and a misrepresentation given that their company has roots over 100 years in the city of Newark. He then said he was being sarcastic because I asked if they service the area. This is not professional and boderline offensive. I take no pleasure in joking around ( especially when some poor families are suffering) and if the company is concerned with servicing an area, the least they can say is, no we don't service the area.
Never here when the landlord calls them. We have 5 familes in this building. Landlord ordered fuel on Friday. No one showed!!! 983A Stuyvesant Ave , Union. Mind you it's been under 50° last few days...
