I tried calling john bloom number somehow this men respond to my call and saying he was working in john bloom place very unprofessional came here look at the unit for one second and ask me to turn on the unit when I went back, he was on the phone and waited a good 2 minutes for him doing his business on the phone and then he gave me a bill for $225 telling me that john Bloom take all his money on the grave with him. and telling me i need a new unit, this guy should not out there doing this to people. that is not right.
Rip off. Those handful of five star reviews are obviously from friends and family
This guy have mental problem,he has absolutely big personal issues and he is definetly misarable, better stay away from him!
Totally unreliable. They were all goodness and light during an initial repair to our boiler. They then recommended several parts needed replacing and would get back to us with an estimate on that work. They never got back to us and phone call after phone call to remind them produced promises to have it "next week." Promises never fulfilled and we were totally ignored. Consultation with another contractor revealed their recommendation for further work was "baloney." Steer clear of these people. If I could give *zero* stars, I would.
DO NOT hire this company! After several no shows over 9 days we gave up. They claimed to not show for the first appointment 9 days ago because of an emergency...never called or texted to cancel or say they would be late. Two days later, we were in an emergency situation because they didn’t show the first time. (Now we have to have our ceiling fixed because of a leak that wasn’t there when Hester didn’t show) 7 hours after the scheduled time and a million phone calls later they came and “fixed” the problem. We paid them $225. Problem was back two days later. Scheduled them to come back this morning at 9. At 9:45 they said no one had left yet to come out. By the way, we work full time and every time have had to have someone come and wait to let the tech in. I feel that they owe us money for all the wasted time our friends have spent waiting in order to help us out. These guys are very unprofessional!!!
Courteous prompt service at a fair price. The tech thoroughly checked out his work to confirm that it solved the problem. What more can you ask for?
