Joe is awesome!!! Our AC went out on the 4th of July and he came and fixed the problem right away!!! I highly recommend Joe and Joe Cool Air-conditioning to anyone

This morning I woke up and my air conditioner wasn’t working. I was very disappointed because Precision air and heating was literally just at my home about four weeks ago to maintain the brand new air conditioner they installed two years ago (and charged me $160). Their customer service was horrible and I refused to use them again so I googled and found Joe. Today is Sunday and it is pouring rain outside. I wasn’t expecting Joe to answer or anyone else for that matter but he did! Joe was even available same day. He arrived on time, called prior to arrival and was very easy to work with. Joe is extremely professional and humble. Again, it is pouring rain outside and he was a bit soaked when he arrived but he had no complaints… Just a welcoming smile. I am very pleased with Joe and I will continue to use him for his services in the future as well as recommend him to friends and family. Joe seems to be a legit and honest businessman. Very fair price. I couldn’t be more happier.

Joe is the nicest guy. I called him when my air went out and he came out very quickly and got it working very quickly. He is reliable and trustworthy. We have had very bad experiences with our air conditioning since moving to AZ and we are so relieved to have found Joe. 5 stars!!!

Called Joe about A/C not working. He showed up within an the hour diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a half an hour. Will definitely use his services in the future.
I have asked for joes help on many occasion. 2 of those instances were emergency situations and Joe was at my house in a few hours or less. Every time me, and my family of 6, had ice cold A/C in no time. Its a honor to know a craftsman this day in age who possesses good work ethic and willingness. Joe Ortiz is an amazing person. He delivered when two other companies told me I had to wait a few days to get parts shipped from manufacturer. Not only did he get my ac fixed but he did it so fast I didn't even know he was at my house. Even knowing that my house was 100°inside with young children he still beat both competitors by a thousand dollars. Highly recommend Joe Cool to everyone!
Have been waiting on a specific part since June 18th and have yet not got any word on it. Paid for the part IN FULL ac broke on June 15th he came out until June 29 and temporary fixed it. It is now August 6th and up to this date i have not heard any update on the part (But the $ was collected quick) Still waiting on what will happen. I will NEVER use this guys service again! The good thing i have cameras with audio when he cane for the $ and advised me he will call us when part was in. 🤔 So regret calling this guy!

My AC went out on a Friday I spoke with Joe Cool over the phone about the type of unit and got a quote from him. he came out later that day to inspect the unit and give us a final quote also talk to us about different options and since we have a daycare running out of our house. you got everything ready and installed first thing Tuesday morning with a crane as I have a rooftop system. him and his team was at we're done within about 3 hours and by that night our house was already down to 78 degrees. Which is what we had it set to. I would highly recommend his services to anyone as his prices were very inexpensive and his knowledge more than you can ask for.
Wow, had a great experience with Joe. My ac went out at 7:50pm on a Sunday. I called Joe, he answered and I told him I needed a motor. He was home for the day but that didn't stop him from helping me out. I met him at his house, he sold me a new motor and still wrote me a receipt (with warranty). He also showed me how to wire the new motor. I went home and hooked it up just like he said. Within 10 minutes had it up and running. Thanks Joe!
Last night the air conditioning went out in a condo that I own and I couldn't remember who had installed my airconditioning for me, but I asked my son who spent a night without cool air and he remembered and I thought it was time I recognized the tremendous service we received from Joe Cool. In 2011 we had purchased a condo. My son went to spend his first night in the condo and the air conditioning did not work. He had a very sleepless night. The next morning he contacted me and I immediately searched for someone to fix our ac. I located Joe Cool, who happened to be just up the road a ways and he was there within the hour and had a new air conditioner installed within 4 hours. My son was so grateful for such quick service since it was August and very very hot. We paid a very reasonable price. I think he even waited till I was in phoenix for payment so that he could take my credit card payment in person rather than over the phone. I was flying down the next day so this was a nice small town gesture in a big city.
Joe got us installed less than 24 hours after our old unit stopped cooling. He is awesome! Prices are very competitive and his customer serice is among the best in the trades!! Thanks again Joe for everything!
Joe was able to make miracles happen when other companies were quoting weeks out for replacement when not cooling. He was able to arrange for a crane and a new unit within 12 hours and installed within 24 hours. I asked for cards to ensure I gave them out to friends and family and he worth more than just an online review but it's a start to helping a great guy and company. Even his employees were very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anybody!!
Joe came out this morning (Monday morning), thoroughly explained everything to me about my unit. He did let me know how old my unit was and what to look out for, settings of temperatures, etc. Very knowledgeable in his business and very well spoken and kind. My AC unit still has some life to it, but eventually I will have to start putting funds aside for one - and thank you Joe for letting me know. If anything else comes up, I will certainly give you a call! :-)
