We contacted JOCO Heating and Cooling about a small non-emergency plumbing job, which Michael resolved in both a professional and friendly manner. What I found most impressive about JCHC was the customer service - Michael answered the phone on the first ring, made the appointment for the day I requested, and not only showed up, but showed up exactly when he said he would. Highly recommend!
Great guy, he came to install a new furnace. When he opened the box, he didn’t like what he saw, small dent. Went and picked up a new one. Made sure warranty papers were filled out. Great work!
I had an unfortunate situation where my AC went out today (7/4) and I didn’t notice until near the end of the day. I made a call to JOCO Heating and Cooling and Michael was here within 30 mins. He got here just before the sun started going down and got our system back up and running. Took time to explain to me what was going on, showed me what was broken and answered all my questions. I ask a lot too ;) Michael Thank You for coming over on a holiday almost after dark. You saved me from a very hot night!!

Superior responsiveness on a Sunday, plus professional and highly qualified. I had returned home from vacation and my air conditioner wasn’t working and the house temperature was in the 80s. I was very distressed, thinking I might have to replace my 2009-vintage air conditioner even though I had kept it well maintained. I reached out to JoCo Heating and Cooling and Michael said he’d be right out and opined that the problem was just a capacitor part and not a system failure. Michael arrived promptly (but after a local plumbing company had quoted over $8200 for a new air conditioner) and professionally and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed $40 part. What integrity and caring, easing my distress with pure-hearted service. My air conditioner is back to running great and my house temperature is zipping back down to 72 degrees. What peace of mind getting a quick diagnosis on s Sunday. Now I’m cancelling my 8 am Monday appointment I’d made online with my regular HVAC maintenance company and the two bids scheduled later Monday on a replacement air conditioner. JoCo Heating and Cooling has earned my continued business.
Our A/C went out on a Saturday. Joco repaired the unit and charged us a fair price the same day. Good dude.
Mike was professional, easy to work with, and a dedicated worker who came in and knocked out our project. He also noticed the ac unit was dirty and cleaned that up as well. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
In all the trades I dealt with while finishing my house Michael was the easiest, most responsive one. His prices were very competitive and his customer service is above and beyond. If you are tired of big companies and pushy sales tactics call JOCO. He is a small business owner who is customer focused and extremely honest. His knowledge was expansive and he was able to truly consult with me and explain all my options. I dreaded this project because I have been burned by unreliable people in the past but Michael made it easy and I am so happy I was able to work with him. I highly recommend JOCO heating and cooling!

This is the third time we have used JOCO Heating and Cooling Michael is always quick to show up and very professional. Most importantly, he is very honest and reasonable in his costs.
We had a wonderful experience. He was professional and on time. He let us know what we would need to repair our AC, but did not try to talk us into anything else. His prices were fair and even took some off the charge when he finished sooner than expected. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service.
Got a recommendation from a friend for Michael C. at JOCO Heating & Cooling for some light plumbing work. Had a clogged kitchen sink that I couldn’t clear myself. Michael was great. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He kept me informed with what he was finding with the clogged kitchen sink every step of the way and successfully removed the clog from the piping I was unable to access. He even went the extra step of using our Bona on the wood floor around the sink where he was working which he did not have to do. We we were just happy that he was able to get rid of the clog so we could have our kitchen sink back. I will absolutely use them again when needed.
We had troubles with our dryer vent and Joco Heating and Cooling was out within 15 minutes to help fix it along with multiple other pumping issues we were having. I would HIGHLY recommend them and plan to use them again soon!

If I could give over 5 stars I would! Michael came out the same day I called him to check out what I wanted done, and was super responsive and helpful through the entire process. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
Michael came out and checked for lack of coolant. Got us fixed all up!! Wonderful job, great young man who believes in correcting the problems and not creating any new problems or up sells. We definitely will use him in the future. Polite, clean and great to see a young man own his own company and does all he can to make a good name for himself. Thank you!!
