5 years ago we were told by a well known company that our HVAC unit needed to be replaced. Then we called JNT and they said the unit is fine; you just need a new circuit board. JNT saved us thousands. Then last year in our new home, we called JNT to install a new AC and air handler. Not only were they less expensive than everyone else, they came back several times to fine tune the system. Same fine tuning this summer - at no extra charge. Family owned, they answer the phone anytime day or night, weekends and holidays. Alex and Pete are the best around.

JNT mechanical was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace within 10 minutes and fix it within another 5. This is in contrast to the previous company we had called who came out and after 2 days could not find the problem and recommended that we purchase a whole new furnace. All in all our total cost for the furnace was $135 instead of $7k. JNT has a loyalist for life now.
Very honest, professional, and did an awesome job on a new hvac install. Peter was great explaining everything and his work was impeccable. They were referred to us by our realtor that had used them personally and with her clients too. Would use again 100%
After another company serviced my air conditioner, it stopped working. I called JNT who told me the unit was frozen over & they suspected a leak in the line. They turned it off so the ice could melt & they could return to inspect further. I prepared myself for the need to buy an entirely new AC unit. When JNT returned, they determined there was no leak in the line and "tightened a few screws that were probably left loose by the previous company." I haven't had any problems since. I was completely prepared to spend over $1000 on a new unit, and they didn't charge me anything for the return visit. I'll never call another HVAC company again. JNT is the best!
JNT is a trusted and reputable local company who is not only expert and professional, but also supports the communities in which they operate. As a 10-year customer (after being disappointed by multiple other highly recommended companies), I have unshakable trust in their integrity and expertise, I have never been disappointed in their service. They are always responsive, reasonably priced, mindful of my budget, and never try to upsell. If they recommend some thing, I know it is genuinely needed. I will never go anywhere else.
We have used JNT mechanical since we moved here in 2020, they were recommended by our realtor and have yet to disappoint. They are always kind and courteous, on time and professional. I feel like their work is fairly priced and I never feel like Im overpaying. Yesterday, when I came home from dropping off my kids at camp, I opened the door to my house and immediately smelled smoke and saw a small amount of smoke in my basement. After calling the fire department determined that we had a short in the wiring of our blower motor. It caused a small fire in one of the interior HVAC units melting wires, melting the circuit board and burning out the transformer. I called JNT and Alex answered. Peter, one of their technicians, was at our home within 30 minutes of my call, making the necessary repairs. I am so thankful for their quick action and professional service! I cant recommend them highly enough and they have a customer for life. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about JNT Mechanical. They came out on a Saturday to work on my furnace. When they discovered that the motor was unfixable, they managed to secure a furnace for me in a week (not easy to do with current supply chain issues). The returned on a Saturday to install new furnaces and now they are working great. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and did all of the work for a very reasonable price. We will use JNT Mechanical again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.
Amazing! Our furnace broke during this cold spell and the first company said we should replace it or spend several thousand to fix it. Furnace wasn’t that old. We called Rachel at JNT and Pete came out late on a Friday night, diagnosed a clogged hose, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Thank you JNT!!
We have had one of the ‘big companies’ do our furnace and AC maintenance in the past. However, we decided to try JNT based on reviews on a local Facebook group. My experience with Peter from JNT was very pleasant. Unlike other companies, he was not rushed. Very thorough and detailed. Answered all my questions, showed me everything patiently and all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend JNT and would definitely use them again in future.
We love Johnny!!! My fiancé and I just bought a house and you can say it’s quite the fixer upper. When we moved in, one of the first things on our too doo list was temperature control. A childhood friend recommended JNT. We called and scheduled a appointment, Johnny came and literally fixed everything in a day! Our furnace was leaking from the PVC outlet from a bad install job and it was dripping onto the electric box where the on/off switch is located. Johnny replaced and fixed the PVC, swapped out the electrical box because it started to rust, tuned up the furnace, checked the whole system for leaks and efficiency, and then recommended and installed an Ecobee 4. Everything was done smoothly and quickly. And I’m soo happy he recommended going with the Ecobee 4 rather than the nest for more compatibility. Johnny was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going right and what was going wrong and I truly appreciate that. He has certainly become my go to guy for almost everything electrical and HVAC related. Thank you Johnny!!
10 Stars ⭐️ Johnny is Honest, Honest, Honest and his quality of work is excellent. Let me tell you about my experience. I came home late last night from a vacation and could not wait to take a warm shower. I ended up taking an ice cold shower do to my water heater not working. I tried to relight the pilot for about an hour and gave up realizing that it was time for a new one. The following afternoon, I called JNT and explained my situation and also mentioned that my hot water heater was in a terribly tight spot and we might need to cut the drywall out. Johnny met me at my house in exactly one hour after we spoke with a brand new hot water heater and spent the next 5 hours removing the old one, the drywall and installing the new one. I am still in shock as to how smoothly everything went. Please do not waste your time calling anyone else for HVAC. Johnny and JNT are life savers. Thank you one million times for your professional and excellent service.
John and his team are fantastic! I have an older home and had issues in the summer heat and minus 0 in the winter (just yesterday when it was -20) and they came out the same day! Affordable and honest. Cant say enough good things!

John is fantastic! After working with someone else who attempted to fix my water heater for a full week without success, I called John. He came out during the evening to identify the problem, and returned the following morning with the part to fix my water heater. Two days later, my furnace stopped working. I called John, he again returned during the evening hours, and after diagnostic tests, determined that I needed a new furnace. All of his work was done within a day, and he even vacuumed and swept up the dust. John is knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend him and will most definitely call him again if needed.
Second time using JNT Mechanical Services and was very pleased. First time they replaced our water heater. Called in the morning, got a fair quote over the phone, and the heater was replaced by end of the day. Second time we had to replace an old electric stove with a new gas stove purchased from ABT. The folks from ABT came 3 times and failed to install it. Called John and again he took care of it. Would definitely recommend ABT for any mechanical issues. Thanks!
Above and beyond customer service! My furnace and out while my daughter was in the hospital getting chemo treatments. He responded immediately to made sure everything was up and running for when I brought her home. I can't put into words how overwhelmed I was. Thanks, Johnny for getting the part needed and a speedy fix. You are literally a life saver!
The best company ever!! Timely, honest and reasonably priced. My heat went out, he came out immediately, addressed all my concerns and fixed my furnace at a great price. Johnny's one of the good guys.. lol thanks again for everything!!
