This company and its personnel are GREAT! Personable customer service, fair prices and prompt response are the hallmarks of this company. Mike, Janet, Sandra and Tom are of special note. I've been doing business with this company for 20 plus years (originally "Al's Heating & AC"). I wish I had more vendors like these folks! I recommend them highly! 8/17/22 Google doesn't have a second position for a subsequent review, so I'll post here again. A/C is critical to my medical condition. I depend on these folks to respond when I need them. They never disappoint; Sandra and Tom are the best! You can't go wrong having this company manage your heating and A/C system. . .
This company REALLY knows their business!! They saved us after going through 3 other Air Conditioner companies who could not fix our problem... within a day we were better than before!! I couldn’t be happier!! Don’t call any one but JNM!!!
Overall, we were pleased with the company and service. Unfortunately, we missed one of the tech’s visits due to our son getting hurt at school and Sandra was an unhappy camper. I hope you consider a customer service class to ensure customer satisfaction. We spoke with Mike about it and he kindly asked us to look for a different company to service our unit. 👍🏽
Mike came out on a Sunday to look at our old AC unit and set up a time to replace it . We are getting a Trane for the price of much lower quality units . They did my neighbors unit and it looks and works great . It is great to know companies like J&M still exist . If you want quality at a great price them they are your company.
If and when I had problem your employees would be there as soon as could always couterious explained what was the problem and took care of it
I love this company! They installed a new unit for me. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up their mess and didn't take forever. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of. Plus the guys who came to install the a/c weren't creepy like other companies.
Very friendly and hard working. Everyone is very knowledgeable. Very nice worker and also office staff.

I normally don’t give reviews due to not being very pleased with some services I have used previously, but JNM Heating & Air has changed that since day one. Our service man, Doug has been tending to all our air conditioning needs for many years. Doug is very honest and straightforward, prompt and reliable. . Doug comes to our home several times a year to service our unit, which is covered under our maintenance plan. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. They are very reasonably priced and take pride in their work!
I have used JNM for my home and my office. Let me tell you that first and foremost its very difficult to find a company that you trust, you dont have to worry about that with Mike (owner) and Doug. They will give you honest answers to your questions and multiple options to fix or replace. They are very timely and make sure your happy even months after they have come out. If your looking for that company that just gets you and doesnt beat around the bush and crazy prices. You found the one!
I called the company in a panic. My a/c had gone out, it's 90+ degrees and I have a young child. I spoke with Sandra, she was very patient and understanding with me. The repair teams were out on calls and Mike, the owner came out. Mike was fabulous! He was there within an hour. The a/c was repaired quickly, it was a loose wire. The service call was affordable and I now have a service plan that is very reasonably priced as well. I would recommend this company.
