I called JNL at 3pm to service my ac. He was there within the hour and fixed the problem. Any hvac problems I will call JNL to fix.
JNL is was an incredible team to renovate my deck. They exceeded my expectations with their time and quality. I enjoyed every interaction and appreciated the collaboration when thinking through how to bring my vision to life. I look forward to my next home project with them!
Window Installation in basement, bedroom, living and dining room. They are very professional on time and very reasonably priced.
I used JNL Residential LLC for my drywall project and I am so happy that I did. They were very responsive to my messages and questions. They were quick to give me my quote so I could make a timely decision. Their work from start to finish was within the timeline that they provided me so I knew what to expect and could plan forward. They were professional every day on site and were quick to inform me of the status throughout the day. I have recommended them to my family and would recommend them to anyone else. Note for the pictures, one is before and the other is before sanding (I forgot to take an after photo).
Just recently i had several pipes burst, I had no water for several days, weeks in fact. I called several big name commercial plumbing companies and I am still waiting on a call back to see if they could complete services. I called JNL Residential, and they stayed until the job was finished. While finding additional cracked a split pipes along the way. They never complained and made sure every pipe was replaced and properly insulated!!!! I have gone several weeks without water JNL residential came in and got the job done! THANK YOU!!!!!
Had Jnl residential fix a whole in my ceiling and lay a new driveway .on time , reasonable and extremely honest would highly recommend

After I had a flood in my basement, I was told by my landlord I needed to tear my flooring up and have it replaced. JNL Residential came in, gave me a really reasonable quote and I gladly accepted. After a few hours I went from a concrete floor to a beautiful laminate finish. . I would certainly use their services again.
Very bad service. We got a new AC systems in Baltimore and from the day first the heater was not working. He said it is because of the sensor outside. I checked the owner Manuel and found the issue myself. It is nothing do to with sensor. He didn’t put enough freon. After that I called him several times and text messages. He kept telling me he is going to come and fix it, but he never does. Even though, I have 1 year warranty with him. He kept telling me he has other jobs to take care of it. I already paid him full. Stay away from this guy ( Justen).
