Called these guys at 8am, they were here 2.5 hours later, during what most people have as a four-day Holiday weekend (July 4th). Jared diagnosed the problem in 10 mins, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He was very positive and upbeat and talked to me like a human, not like I was a dumb customer. I have never seen an AC repair person be up in my attic working on the AC and come down smiling during the heat of summer, but Jared did. The price was MORE than fair. I mean, he fixed it for cheaper than what most service calls cost at previous places I have used, and that was including the part! I can not emphasize enough, that you should give these guys a chance, they have definitely earned my business for life.
Highly recommend J-N-J Heating and Air, our AC went out and they came out in a timely manner and were quick to diagnose and fix our issue. They are honest and reasonable and don’t try to up-sale things you don’t need! Very satisfied customer!

JNJ showed up fast. They found the problem with our A/C and ordered the parts to get it fixed. They were back out to replace the broken part within two days. They were just in time to beat the real heat. We’re back in business enjoying the cool comfort of our fixed A/C! JNJ was professional and kept their commitment to fix our A/C. We’re very happy with their service.

Did not reveal to me I would be charged $233 before they fixed the problem. Had I been told $233 to clean a clogged drain I definitely would have said No! Will not use again. Unprofessional way to conduct business.
