After a lot of pondering and deliberation with family and Yaniv from JMS, I finally decided to go ahead and replace my old heater and A/C unit to an all electric unit by American standard. I can now say that all my worries were put aside. the installation was smooth and quick. Every aspect of the job was explained and verified to my satisfaction. As difficult and precise as I am, JMS Staff and Joe Mesica met all my demands. I needed to make sure that down the road I will not experience unforeseen problems. I must interject and state the great job George or Jorge did in the installation, he is knowledgeable and helpful. Of course good employees are only as good as the top brass are, from the lady that answers the phone to the installers. when they said "i will get back to you", they did!. what PLEASURE to find a company that cares. Now I am waiting to get my first electric bill hope it want be too high. But the smooth clean air is worth it.
Due to receptionist response, refusal to put me through to someone with whom I could have a substantive conversation, I am posting this "review". If they can't answer a call in a way to answer my question, then that's is really a good tip off that relationship is going to go south. I am an apartment owner. They hung up on me. One star because I can't post zero.
I am certain that the company and Yossi are much better than that which I have seen on my first go round with the company. He personally sold me on the idea that my HVAC unit and my air handler were bad and needed replacement. But when the system failed to operate properly, he has been nowhere to be found. Calls and emails are unanswered. Hopefully they will immediately made the corrections and I will be able to update this sad post. Things are looking up ... apparently Jossi had some misfortune with his staff and he is personally working to correct my issues. I hope to be able to change the number of starts all the way to 5 when the corrections are instituted.
Great company , they came on time, price is good,I bought their membership Deal as well . Best Air condition and Heating company in the valley .
