First off, my wife and I own an antique home built in 1840. I contacted several HVAC companies looking for a quote on installation. I called many and in the end only two came out to the house. Both offered up quotes that were VERY high priced and specified nothing but high end equipment. I became frustrated in the situation and felt that adding a heat pump and AC wasn't in the cards. Nobody wanted to touch our antique house and made it clear buy pricing it that way. My wife found Jason on Google and Facebook. I made the call and right off the bat knew he was our guy. He took the time to discuss and educate me on what I was getting into and why. He explained pricing and options.....all before coming out to the house. Once there he and I agreed on a plan, a price and timeline. He nailed it. We couldn't be happier. So if you are looking for honest HVAC work, a dedicated and good hearted guy to spend your money with..... look no further. I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks for Everything Jason.
I called today for a concern with my commercial food prep refrigeration system. Not only was the phone call answered right away, He also showed up at 4 PM this evening, when I was told he might not get out there till tomorrow morning. Within an hour my problem was solved and I was back in business. I would recommend this business for their promptness and service! I look forward to using them for all of my future needs!
Jay and his team are experts in their field and know everything there is to know about heating and air conditioning. Jay responds to your phone calls and comes when he says. He diagnoses the problem quickly and suggests the right course of action at the right price. If a part is malfunctioning, he replaces that piece and doesn’t try to sell you a whole new system. Most importantly, he stands behind his work and will come out immediately to correct any issues with your system. We had an issue with our Weill McClain high efficiency boiler and with the change of a pump, a warranty part, and a little bit of elbow grease we were up and running in no time. We will be using Jay and JMG Refrigeration from now on!
My home is 22 years old. My AC unit and gas furnace both went at the same time a couple of months ago. After researching on line trying to find a reputable company to repair or replace my units, I decided to select JMG refrigeration. All of his positive reviews made this decision easy. Jay and Sturge did a fantastic job on the installation of both my gas furnace and AC unit. Both were very meticulous and ensured the area was cleaned before leaving for the day. Finally, Jay was very responsive, personable, very knowledgeable and worked within our budget. I highly recommend Jay to others. You will not be disappointed!! Job well done Jay and Sturge!!!
Jay came to our rescue during the last heat wave. He ended his day late 2 days in a row to help and was really great at explaining how to take care of our AC system. I highly recommend him to anyone with HVAC needs.

My AC died in a heat wave. Called JMG in the morning and they were here that afternoon. Very professional, quick and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
Of course my a/c quit the day before the hottest week of the year. I called former service guy only to find out he had retired. Based on a recommendation from a JMG customer I called Jay first thing on Monday morning....work was scheduled for that afternoon. At 2 pm I received a courtesy call from Serge (JMG technician) letting me know he was on the way. The repair turned out to be a little more complicated than originally thought, but Serge stayed with it until the job was successfully completed. System now seems to work better than when it was new! Serge is a total professional, courteous, neat, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend JMG.

I reached out to Jay for a quote on a new central air system, he was able to come by the next day. After discussing details and all options, Jay was able to install and fix my central air in two days time. Jay is responsive, professional, and fair. Jay is a great guy, honest, timely and isn’t trying to rob you. Came out to give me a quote on replacing my gas furnace (I was told by another company it was necessary) and he let me know that it didn’t need to be replaced yet. He was able to fix it and saved me thousands.
We called Jay in a panic as our business relied on our equipment in order to operate. He showed up within a few hours , Didn't give us the run around & just fixed the problem right away. Jay was amazing to work with! I called him eagerly at 8:00am on a Saturday morning after reading more positive google reviews than I'd ever read on someone. Regardless of my super early weekend call, he spent a while on the phone listening to my concerns and letting me know what his upcoming schedule looked like and when we could work together - just a few weeks down the line. He first came out to look at our system and immediately became concerned about the current set up of our utility room. We knew it wasn't ideal, but Jay really wanted us to know why it wasn't safe and he was committed to fixing it ASAP despite his busy schedule. If he sees something is not right he will not rest until it gets done right! The front of our furnace was only a few inches away from the closet wall, making it nearly impossible for anyone to service; but worst was the lack of space in the closet - not enough return to the furnace to allow a proper amount of airflow, creating a combustable environment. Jay his partner, Sterge, were so respectful and professional working in our house. They are both such nice, considerate people. They explained what they were doing and why, cleaned up after working for the night before returning the next morning. What you will see in the pictures is that Jay removed our existing furnace and installed a new Carrier furnace (and 2-ton Carrier AC system). He re-positioned the furnace so it would no longer face the wall and have plenty of space in front of it - doing this included replacing and relocating the water heater, which he repositined underneath the stairs away from the furnance. Before they were so close together even though the space allowed for them to be further apart. He ran a new return to the furnace to give peoper air flow back to the furnace. He also made sure we fixed our wall to allow for air flow, and recommended the four openings (two have vent grates and I am just waiting on the other two to come in that will look identical). He

Jay got my steam boiler levels to an acceptable level to get insulation work done through Mass Save. He also resolved an issue with the water feeder flooding the boiler. Highly recommend. Thanks so much-

We gave Jay a call when we were having issues with our central ac unit. We set up an appointment for first thing in the morning, he arrived on time, explained all the problems clearly and fixed them on the spot for a very fair price and gave us some good advice going forward. I would highly recommend JMG to anyone.
After days of leaving voicemails with other companies and no response, I not only received a call back in about an hour but they were able to see me same day. Upon arrival they were very professional explained everything they needed to do, answered all of my questions and advised me on some concerns I had with my equipment. And in the end the service cost was very reasonable, less than what I expected to pay and everything is working excellent. My pregnant wife thanks you.
