Super communicative, professional, fast and friendly. I was really impressed how the technicians talked through every part of what they were doing, and the transparency with which they handled things. I fully plan on making JMC my go-to company for any HVAC issues moving forward; they left that great a first impression.
JMC has outperformed themselves. They are great communicators, they respond very quickly and walk you through what they are doing as they are doing it! Wonderful company to work with and will use them for all my hvac services !

Absolutely loved JMC heating and air. From first interaction to last very friendly, communicative, and professional . Quote was what I paid. We just moved to NC so not knowing anything or anyone is kinda scary picking businesses for our home needs. But JMC heating and air made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Service techs were right on time. And I had a lot of questions on how my system worked as we just bought this house and Austin was able to answer all my questions and give me advice on certain things I was unsure about. They inspected both heat and ac and replaced my thermostat. Went over how new thermostat worked and results of my heat and ac . We definitely be using them again! And highly recommend

I was in a pickle as my ac stopped working and I have a newborn. Austin and Andrew were amazing. Austin came out within 30 minutes of me contacting them after hours and got the part to fix my ac first thing the next morning. Thank you, thank you. Customer service is not a thing of the past :-)

JMC has has been on time responsive and provide a excellent service For repairs on my HVAC system as well as duck work. Replacement I would highly recommend them For any HVAC repairs and maintenance.

I'm very happy with the service from JMC. They arrive on time, they were very friendly and they evaluated the issue with my AC unit and fixed it very quickly.
Our air conditioner stopped working at the worst possible moment: 6pm on our way to a birthday party and leaving the next morning for an out-of-town trip with the temperature predicted to be in the 90s. My wife and I started making calls to all the big HVAC companies then through HomeAdvisor got connected with Andrew at JMC Heating and Air. He was very helpful and though could not get someone to come out that night said someone would be out first thing in the morning, between 8am and 830am. At 800am, Austin and another JMC employee arrived and got to work. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, explained what was going on, tested the system inside, and got the unit cleaned up. For under $300 by 900am we were back in business and also signed up for a 2x annual service contract for $195. This is a new company and they only do service, not sales, so that's their specialty. Rather than paying $10-12K for a new system, we're hoping they'll be able to keep our 18 year old system running for a few more years while we save up for the inevitable.
I was very impressed by the professional and quick response. After multiple different businesses sent technicians out to fix or repair the issue with no luck JMC had our business back up same day. I would highly recommend there service for all your business or residential needs.
