Have used JLM since ~2016 to service our A/C. Also prompt, friendly and do quality work. Juan and crew replaced our entire unit in 2020 and we haven't had any problems with it since.

Juan and his team were able to fix our HVAC unit as we lost heat in our son's room during a very cold weather streak. They wore masks for us as we had a newborn and were quick/clean and efficient. I like that they are not a huge company as you talk to the same people who actually end up doing the work.

JLM is the most responsive and best in customer service to handle any heating or HVAC needs. The team is amazing. Very technical and knowledgable about all systems. I've used them many times in my home and in my tenants apartments. They are always great.
Top notch white gloves service
JLM are hands down the smartest HVAC guys we are worked with. We have incurred multiple Nest Thermostat issues and have went through three HVAC companies that said it was a “Nest issue” or could not properly diagnose the problem. Juan recognized the problem immediately and fixed the issue. These guys hustle, are polite, and know what they are doing. Going forward we will not use anyone else.
