Educated me on parts, warrantys through new home ownership, air duct dampers to cool other rooms while replacing capacitor.
My AC was not cooling. Called on Friday at 2:44 pm. They had a technician at my home by 3:30 pm. He found that my coil had frozen over. I was advised to shut down the AC and leave the fan running. After the technician confirmed that the coil was thawing and now draining, he set up an appointment for me on Saturday morning. The technician arrived promptly on Saturday at 8:00 am. My AC was up and running within two hours and I now have the peace of mind knowing that I will not have to face this weekend without AC. Thank you JLH for your prompt response and accurate diagnosis of the issue and the quick resolution of the problem!
The technician was very friendly, explained everything he was doing and was here when they said they would be. Thankfully it was a quick and easy fix. Cost was reasonable!
Jake and his crew are absolutely amazing! They took extra care a precaution when working on my home to keep my chronically ill child safe!
I have used JLH for a couple of things over the past few years. Recently my 27 year old furnace quit. JLH can out same day to check things and also same day installed a new furnace. Very reasonable prices and they were respectful of my home. Very positive experience!

I’ve used Jacob for years now. He checks my HVAC twice a year to help it all run smoothly. Even fit me in last-minute when the thermostat was giving me trouble last year. He’s great and I’ve recommended him to my friends. Hope to use him for many years more!

Our furnace gave up yesterday morning. Got a quote from a competitor, but they couldn’t do the work same-day. I called Jake from JL Henderson and told him what was going on — rusted flue pipe and a bad igniter. He got out in the afternoon, took care of the whole thing in a couple hours, and charged me less than his competitor’s price. Can’t recommend him more highly. If I hadn’t called him, we’d still be sitting here in the cold!
He has serviced my heating and cooling a few ago and replaced our old unit this year. Fair priced, on time, cleaned up after work. I will use again for any repairs.
