Our home warranty company sent JL & Sons to our house to fix a plumbing issue (leaking pipe). Francisco came to do the diagnostic work and returned the following week with Juan to fix the issue. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and took many photos from inside the ceiling to show where the pipe was awkwardly leaking into my daughter's bedroom. This is, so far, the best experience we have had with anyone booked via the warranty company. My only complaint was that they didn't come when they said they would, but they were very responsive by text so I was aware of the schedule changes.
This company was very professional and timely. They replaced my hot water heater and everything works perfectly. Thanks for your service.

The best company for your a/c
I didn't even want to leave 1 star. Was assigned JL & Sons as a Choice Home Warranty customer, as my water heater is not working, and do not have hot water. Was given a service window of 11-3 pm. No phone call, No show from technician. I called Choice only to be told they had reschedule my appointment for the next day same time. Second attempt to be serviced and no one has reached out to confirm. I left voicemails, still no service or phone call back. Unprofessional and not responsive.
The representative that arrived was very kind, attentive and professional. He explained everything that took place and what the problem was. He was very friendly and I was happy with his work and attitude.
They were very professional polite and my house is nice and cold thanks to them.
Home Choice assigned me this company, that never made the appointment, as for their online reviews suggests. No calls, no show. Did not respond to voicemail. Third call, 15 minutes left in appointment window (3pm-8pm), answered to say their not coming. Reviews are true!!
Very unprofessional, Choice warranty scheduled this company to service my AC. 3 times they cancelled without any call from them. They answered my first call to confirm my appointment and after that nothing, no one answer and nobody returned my call. 3 times had to take off from work and not get paid and for this despicable company not to show up nor inform you of the missed appointment is shameful. Very very poor service and they do not care about the customer. No decency and no respect for their customers and their time. 3 times no show no call and no one ever answer you or return your messages.

They did a great job replacing our hvac systems. They communicated, were punctual and left the work area cleaner than they found it! Highly recommend them.
I was put in contact with this company through Choice Home Warranty. I had an appointment time between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. I spoke with the technician at 4:00 pm and he assured me that he would be here between 5:00-6:00. He did not show, no phone call and he will not answer the phone now. I have been without heat for 2 days and the temperature is below 20 degrees. They obviously do not care about their customers.
