This was a fantastic experience. The owner took my call and was available to come same day to fix our AC!! He was kind, courteous, very knowledgeable, and fairly priced. He explained everything very well as he diagnosed the problem and explained the necessary repairs which were completed same day. By the end of the service I felt like this was a business that really cares about people and their needs, and I had a sense that I had confidently learned what the problem was and how he addressed it. I wasn't just another technician's ticket number and I value that. We can't be thankful enough. I highly recommend JJJ Techs. They will have us as new customers now for any needs that arise and we will recommend them to everyone.
Juan showed up on time for the appointment and did a great job in getting my AC fixed on the same day. The pricing was fair and he was a pleasure doing business with. I will recommend him to friends and family and definetly use him again!

Had some electrical hvac issues and needed emergency service, Juan at JJJ Techs came out and diagnosed our issue and explained the work that needed to be performed, in terms we could understand, and also why it needed done. An amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They greatly helped the situation at our new store. Things were installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. The techs explained the issues until we fully understood them and I felt that they gave us real solutions - ultimately fixing our issue in a timely fashion! 5*

Heater went on the fritz. Juan was very quick to call me back and set up a diagnostic appointment, which he quoted the price up front. He and assistant Chris arrived on time and thoroughly checked the system, finding a minor issue, then a MAJOR safety issue in which the part needed to be ordered. He turned the heater off until fixed because he did not want to put my family at risk. He quoted the price and installed it a few days later when it was delivered. I can not say enough about Juan and his dedication to to safety, communication & explanation, prompt service, and reasonable pricing!! I already saved his contact info on my phone and put it on the fridge as my go to for any future issues!
Hands down the BEST experience my family has had for a service. My technician showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable as well as showed us every step that needed to be done. He even came out on a Sunday to fix my heating problems. Throughout the entire process I felt like I was in good hands. I will never go anywhere else. Me and my wife woke up to freezing temps ,we turned up the heat and nothing our temps were dropping down into the fifty`s we tried calling a number of places I could not either get through or they couldn`t come out ,So I looked up this company and talked to the tech ,explained what was happening and He said he would be out even though it was going to be a snow storm, he came , He could hardly make it to us but he pushed on and made it, he fixed the heater. I just want to thank him for pushing through for us we will always call on them when we need service .
I called them and they were able to come out on a Saturday night within an hour to fix my heat. No one else I called would come and on 1/8/22 it was pretty cold! Thank you so much JJJ Tech Inc. you saved the night!
Hello and must say these were an awesome group of guys. Very professional and most of all very honest. They were not here to take advantage of you. Their prices were way lower than competitors and used better products. Juan explained everything in detail what needed to be done and did extra touches at no additional cost. Would never look elsewhere for any electrical, heating or cooling needs. Glad there are still honest companies out there. Bravo Zulu Juan and company. Farzan
