What a great company! Someone answered their phone early Monday morning. They sent someone out by 11am. They could get our parts that evening and be back Tuesday to replace our central AC - the pricing was fair and the service was exceptional! Very good experience!
* irate? Frustrated ? You mean there were kids in the background and you didn't even have the patience nor the decency to allow me to get to a quieter place to finish the call. How can you efficiently serve customers when you are unable to listen to the problem at hands. That is one of the basic skills required of a receptionist... And i wouldn't be frustrated had you sent out your technician to look at the issue the next day as promised last time I called to report the Hvac failure or heating not working in our 6 year old bedroom and the master bedroom. You should have called regarding the fact that the company is the one not allowing repairs to be made instead of a no show appointment. It doesn't matter if the property Management was the one who contracted with you, we made contact per the company's request to schedule the appointment to fix an issue which was not fixed yet marked as "fixed" on the Property Management's end, which also mean that your company got paid for the job performed, albeit the problem was not remedied. Do better! I just got off the phone with their receptionist and she wasn't just unprofessional but super rude. She kept talking over and repeatedly told that I'm not the one paying them but the management company. The management's company told us to get in contact with them in the first place. She talked over me and argued with me, then disconnected the call while i was still talking. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR EFFICIENCY AND PROFESSIONALISM, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
JJ came out 2 yrs. ago to braze and charge a ac/heat pump i installed and i thought they did a good job and was happy then last week it stopped working so i called them back out to troubleshoot, well same tech from 2 yrs.ago came out and i was told to turn unit on and he would check freon level so it took me about 3 minutes to turn on and come back outside and he was coming around corner and said it was 3 to 4 lbs. low on freon and that the coil had a leak and i asked to use dye to confirm but was told that can't bo done and wanted to know why emergency heat was not working and was told emergency heat won't work if outside unit is not working so i asked for an estimate to fix well it was over $1,400. but i im a mechanic so i have a good idea of how things work so i called another company out and told them nothing but that the unit stopped working so they found a wire off on the emergency heat and that the unit was over charged wow how can that be when jc said it had leaked all out .....i called and complained but nothing but sorry DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING LIED TOO
Really couldn’t recommend these guys more. Didn’t try to nickel and dime us were very straight up with what was causing the issue to our AC. Replaced the old unit within an hour at a very reasonable price and with a quality new unit. Friendly and professional. Couldn’t be happier.

They were professional from are our new my phone call with Mary to the updated text saying when JC would arrive. I called at 3pm bc my ac was not blowing cold air. JC was here by 5:30pm. Was done diagnosed and fixed within an hour. They were very reasonable. We were referred to them by a friend. JJ Heating & Cooling Company are our company now!!

JC was professional, timely, and courteous. I was shocked JJ was able to schedule me same day and so very thankful JC was able to get me back up and running again quickly. Took him no time at all to diagnose and keep my machine running a little longer. UPDATE - 4 days later, unit breaks again. Left voicemail, and waiting for a call back.
This company is great! They were able to squeeze me in on the same day and even though the techs had a long day they were able to fix my system very quickly! Very friy techs and great service. A+ I'm my book
I called them on a Sunday after my AC went out. Someone was supposed to come out that night; however, a heavy rainstorm prevented the visit. Technician stopped over the next day and got us in the morning. Super friendly decent pricing. I would certainly recommend!

JJ Heating and Cooling has responded to two of our needs in our townhouse. They did it promptly and were very helpful on site, dealing with both a plumbing issue and a problem with the water boiler. They were quick, professional, and friendly.
Had this company out for a simple cleaning of my system. They left my furnace off and I had no heat for a night until I figured it out on my own. Owner called and screamed at me on the phone when I told them that I felt I should get a refund for the services that left me with no heat. Re: Companies response... I asked for a refund because I thought it was a reasonable expectation that an HVAC company's services wouldn't leave me without heat for a night in the winter.
I used the services of JJ heating and cooling company on 11/17/2021 due to an issue with my heat. It took them under 20 minutes to fix the problem, which I was grateful for. However, after they left the hot water stopped working (literally immediately after they left). I called them the next day to ask for assistance, but my reply was met with basically not our problem we didn’t work on the hot water… which I understand, but it’s pretty coincidental that the hot water stops working after they work on the furnace/heat issue with my house… not to mention the whole 20 minutes they were here I was charged $310. Will never use them again.
Great work today! I messed up my system trying to install a smart thermostat and these guys came right out next morning and diagnosed/fixed my issue right away!
Fast service, quick response. The technician, JC, was very knowledgeable, very patient. Explained all questions thoroughly and was 100% transparent. He fixed my AC unit in a timely manner, explained everything that wqs wrong, and what it would need in the future. He was very kind and handsome. Would definitely call them again.
I absolutely cannot recommend this company. We were having drilling work done in our basement for a basement waterproofing project that required our brand new HVAC and hot water heater to be temporarily moved out from the wall, and then put back in place and reconnected the following day. When the technician was re-connecting the hot water heater, he failed to check that the breaker switch had been turned off when reconnecting the unit, frying the heating element in the hot water heater. Without speaking to us first, he contacted his supervisor (JC Hernandez) who came to the house, did not adequately explain what happened, and immediately refused to accept any responsibility for the damage when he wasn't even here for the job. He claimed that the basement waterproofers were responsible for flipping the breaker for the hot water heater into the "on" position - a completely ridiculous and implausible claim that would have required the workers to open a fuse box, find the switch for the hot water heater, and trip it while leaving everything else untouched for absolutely no reason when all they were doing was drilling in the basement concrete. JC could not guarantee that we would have hot water in the house, and he did not offer to replace the heating element. As far as I could tell, he was sent to the house to intimidate us into paying for the services they did provide. Furthermore, they failed to fully connect the HVAC unit and had to return the next day to finish the job. Our hot water returned that evening (which JJs has subsequently used as justification for "job complete"), but JC could not provide any assurances it would last long term. Just over a month later, the heating element failed for good, and we contacted another company to replace it since these guys cannot be trusted. The other company confirmed that JJs fried our heating element and jostled the unit's upper thermostat, requiring replacement. To her credit, Mary (the customer service agent and company
