I had an excellent experience with Jimmy! He's honest, caring, and reliable. Had some challenges with our AC and ordering some parts. He went out of his way to get us what we need (and more) since the initial part we ordered was stuck in Hawaii shipping land with no expected ETA. I highly recommend him and his team. Jimmy replaced the compressor in our 4 ton air conditioner. He came out immediately and took care of all the necessary communication and paperwork with Carrier, since the compressor was under warranty. Our 4 ton air conditioner operates better than new. Over the years we have dealt with several air conditioning companies here on Oahu and have never received the professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced service we received from Jimmy’s. Jimmy’s AC maintenance and repair have been the only company on Oahu that my wife and I trust for great quality work. Jimmy (the owner of the company) has a heart of generosity and has put my families needs first when it came to my AC not functioning properly. From scheduling my work on a Sunday when most if not all other technicians are closed he has been the only company I turn to when I need help for AC repair. He is fair and reasonable in his prices and his whole crew I are great people to work with. Trusting Jimmy with my needs has been the best decision and I will absolutely be reaching out to him for any assistance I need for AC problems in the future. You will not be disappointed in choosing him over the other guys!
Great service and professionalism! We are a new family that recently moved on the island and after a few different random Google searches, cannot speak more highly of Jimmy and his crew. It's been challenging finding good, honest people on this island to do professional work on most things. Highly recommended!
Jimmy’s crew really knew what they were doing. They service my air conditioning units perfectly, efficiently and expeditiously.

I never write reviews but this one is needed.. Within the first half hour I called Jimmy was at my door! Extremely professional and helpful and knowledgeable! I didn't know who to call since I never had central air before, for the past 4 weeks my air started to slowly blow warm air and I was thinking great now I gotta get a new system and pay an arm and a leg for whatever repairs needed but I was wrong and now I'm sitting in a ice cold house and didn't cost me anywhere near what I thought I really hit the jack pot with these guys! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Again guys thank you!!!
Jimmy and his team were more than accommodating, prices and services provided were of the upmost professionalism and best I've have from an HVAC company in years. The owner and team memebers of Jimmy's AC are fantasic and will only reccomend them to people I know in need of AC repair/maintenance/troubleshoot.
Our AC went out on a Tuesday. I called Jimmy's on a Wednesday and spoke with Joe who was super cool and set us up for an appointment the very next morning. I was surprised as many other vendors were booked for weeks out. Jimmy and Pohi showed up the next morning on time and ready to go. Jimmy knew exactly what caused our unit failure not long after looking at it. He had our unit fixed shortly after that for a resonable price, less than I had expected. I could not have asked or expected better service than what was provided! These guys hit it out of the park!!! They definitely earned their 5 star rating. Thanks Jimmy for getting us cool again!!!
Cant say enough about Jimmy and his company. Central AC was not cooling down anymore in the heat of summer. Most companies had a 2-4 week wait but Jimmy AC Repair came in 2 days. Explained the situation and possible solutions upfront and possible estimates. Told he would have to get the parts and come back on Friday. When I told him my wife was pregnant, he rearranged his schedule so that he and his tech could come back on same day to fix problem. Outcome= AC fixed, cost very reasonable and under what originally quoted, fixed same day, cool house, happy wife, and one very satisfied customer. Recommend to all who are looking for a professional, honest, and all around great guy and company.
Honest and professional. Jimmy and his crew did everything they could to bring my old AC unit back to life. Unfortunately, the unit just couldn't be repaired. Jimmy was kind enough to offer a full refund, even though they had complete hours of work and used plenty of materials. I very much appreciate how Jimmy did business. Definitely a company you can trust to give it to you straight, and not try upsell you on a new unit if repair is possible. Thanks again Jimmy

Jimmy’s AC repaired my broken split unit after a cleaner had damaged one of the coils and didn’t put the unit back together properly. Jimmy is fair and professional. My split ac now works great thanks to Jimmy and his team!
Called multiple times and left multiple messages. Finally got a call back the next day from the manager, Joe. He was friendly enough and told me he’d email me a quote and call me back if he was able to fit me in that day. Never heard a word from him, even after following up with yet another phone call, voicemail and text message to confirm he’d received my details. To be ghosted by a business... It appears they do good work once they get on site but it should not be this difficult to follow up with potential customers. Edit: the owner, Jimmy called me after I left my original one star review. We spent 30 minutes on the phone together and he cleared everything up. He even gave me a free diagnostic check that I could use if one of my split AC’s broke. He’s a stand up guy and if I ever had a problem with my AC I’d definitely call him because of the way he rectified the issue I wrote about above.

We were experiencing some AC issues with our home and decided to have it looked at. I made the call and was scheduled to be seen next day. They came out and took a look at everything. Before going any further they gave me their findings and recommendations. When they arrived, they were friendly and overall very professional. They also explained the costs of our different options. They were reasonable with the pricing. Great service! Highly recommend!
