Rocky was unbelievable! He was able to trouble shoot my water heater leak over the phone and saved me tons of $$. He was super professional, helpful and really cared about my situation. 5 days after they fixed my water heater, Rocky even helped me trouble shoot my HVAC issue over the phone and knew exactly how to fix it without having to have a tech come to my house! A+++ highly recommend Jim Trombly and specifically Rocky and the tech Fred who came to my home and fixed my water tank leak in a timely and professional manner!!
Just got my furnace replaced and the team was amazing through the whole process. Dan was very responsive through the quote and scheduling process. The team that replaced the furnace was amazing! They even left the area cleaner than it was before they started! Thank you!
These guys are excellent. They are moving an existing baseboard heating system and installing a sink and toilet in a new room in my basement. A pleasure to work with!
Last night our basement heat stopped working, so this morning I reached out to a few companies to see who could come out to take a look. There were some companies I never heard back from, and others who couldn't get someone here for a month. When I called Jim Twombly, someone actually answered the phone and was helpful! They were able to schedule an appointment for me two days out, but then called when they had a cancellation came up & asked to come today! The technician Fred was helpful and polite. We had self-repaired some of the issues that came up earlier in the day, and rather than looking for things to fix so he could charge us more, he was very honest, only replaced what needed to be replaced, and was out in less than 2 hours. The bill was incredibly reasonable. I would recommend Jim Twombly to anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC work done!
Our heat went down in the shop and the guys at Jim Trombly were able to get out fast and were able to get the heat up & running in no time. The guys are always professional & courteous and we have been really happy with the services they have provided.
Been using them for years. Have been great for a furnace install as well as solving the odd plumbing issue.
Highly recommend! Dylan from Jim Trombly did a great job and is extremely knowledgeable. I called them for a 2nd opinion after Heritage Plumbing and Heating red tagged my propane boiler and told me I needed $3,800 worth of work.... Dylan came cleaned it and said he couldn't believe Heritage red tagged it. He fixed 2 Hy-Vents cost $51 in parts and 2 hours of labor after cleaning and going through everything very thoroughly.... He said the burners had some rust but were in working condition. He saved me $3,500 and now I am a client of Jim Trombly for life.
Was using another local company that was way over charging decided to try Jim Trombly spoke with Reggie the sales Rep and he explained pricing which was very reasonable and fair.Was able to get the repair done the same day, Eric B the team Tec did the work and was very friendly and did a great job, they didnt try to make the job bigger then it was they are very honest, I highly recommend this company and will be using them again..Susan and Roger L
A DIY bath make over required a new vanity and toilet.. more work that I able to do. Called and scheduled the work order including adding additional kitchen water/dish washer shut off valves. Two techs arrived and with in the time quoted...finished the job. Professional in every way. Highly recommend the firm.

Very good and professional! Call this morning for repair on my furnace. John B. Showed up at noon and the furnace was fixed by 1:30. I highly recommend Jim Trombly for all your heating and cooling needs!

This was an average for me. There were many pluses but also a lot of negatives. 1. it took forever to get someone booked to come do the work. I emailed and called and it would take days to hear from someone. 2. The plumbers were late on the first day by 2 hours. Which then they tried to play catch up and was rushing around. 3. There was an issue that occurred and while it wasn't their job to fix it they kind of just stood there waiting to see what i can come up with (it was a new situation for me so i didn't know what to do) 4. The plumbers were very nice don't get me wrong, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. But running late, rushing, causes concerns and errors that will be missed. Also we had them replace our drywall from what they cut out, my wife's colleague came to fix it because it wasn't done right. So i paid more money for not so great work.
Jim is amazing. I just got off the phone with him as I have been loo for someone's to just remove my well cap. Told me he doesn't serve my area but have me a ton of tips on how to remove it. I am very appreciative of this advice. I will strongly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

Last year,they put in a new furnace for me They did NOT get the proper permit,which another company told me. If anything had happened with yhat furnace my insurance wouldn't cover the claim They kept making mistakes and damaging other equipment. Teice,they csusef water to leak in my basement.they had to come back 5 times to fix thrir shoddy work. I would never call them back,except to get the legal permit
