Great experience w Jesus. He found the parts for an old AC unit that had been damaged and came to the rental property as scheduled. Fixed in an hour. Very pleased.
A/C was not working since there was a spark when I tried to change to the smart thermostat. It happened once when I changed my home thermostat, so I know it can be fixed easily by replacing the shorted fuse. But this was the commercial building unit, and I couldn't find the fuse on the board. I had four high-rated/stars technicians on yelp and google and got 20-30K of estimates to repair/replace the unit. I watched lots of youtube videos to find out the problem because any of the technicians didn't even carry a multimeter or screwdriver to check/open the unit. I found that the transformer doesn't have the primary voltage. I called the last man on the list. Jesus(JH Heating Inc) came on the same day and went up to the roof carrying a multimeter and driver. He tested the unit and said that the unit that every technician diagnosed to be replaced is not mine, it's the next-door's unit!!! I just needed more time to cool down the large space. I have to pay for what I don't know or what I can't do. I almost had to pay for the next door's broken HVAC before Jesus came. I wanted to give him some gas fee but he charge me nothing. so this review and rating are my appreciation for your faithful and straightforward work.
Jesus and Max were so friendly, helpful and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
