Jason has been my go to guy over the last 5 years. I sell Real Estate and there is never a dull moment when it comes to Heating or Air units. He has more experience than anyone i've ever dealt with in this industry and will quickly diagnose an issue. If its just a small part that can be replaced then he will do it. Unlike most of the big Chains that try to replace the WHOLE SYSTEM!! Give him a call and save time, money and headaches
When ever I'm searching for a handyman and any other technician to fix or maintain any devise in my home I look for several reasons to pick the right one. Not only a professional but probably the most important qualification...HONESTY...Now this is very difficult to find because you have to hire them and that's when you find out if they're HONEST and professional. Of course the cost of the job is important but to me it's not because if they do a good job that's all that matters to me. Not only did I find an Honest and professional Heat and Air technician but he was friendly, smart and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to inspect my heating system. I'm extremely satisfied with JASON but not only do I recommend him but I can't wait for the spring when I positively will call him to inspect my Air Conditioning system. This man and company is THE REAL DEAL...

Called this company based on the great reviews. AC was not running properly. Would not cool upstairs but downstairs was fine. JF came out and spent about 30 minutes in house. We had an appointment at 11:00 am. My son called me at 10:15 am telling me AC repair tech was there. I was at car shop fixing teenage daughters car issue. When I got home at 10:45 JF had already left and told me by phone that nothing was wrong with AC. "Freon good, unit clean...no issue. JF stated "a damper might be stuck". No offer to fix or investigate. I was charged $99.00. For nothing. JF informed me that my AC unit was not the proper size to cool my house. This was a complete lie as it has worked perfectly for years. A month later the copper pipe that conducts the Freon from AC unit to house snapped. Apparently that pipe was so bent and stressed with the house settling over time that was the cause on my AC issues. Freon could not travel effectively. I received awful customer service and was lied to by JF.
Our AC went out last night so I gave Jason a call this morning at 8 and he said he would be able to make it out that afternoon. He showed up a few hours later and immediately discovered the problem. AC was up and running by 12! Other AC companies have tried to charge us for services we probably didn’t need and we did not have this experience at all with JF Air and Heat. We will continue to use this company going forward. Highly recommend!

We have hired Jason to repair work at both our rental house and in our house. Each time he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it right away. Jason he is a very honest friendly guy. Today we had a problem with a major problem with our air condition outdoor unit producing a lot of ice. Jason arrived within 15 minutes of talking with him on the phone. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a very bad filter that hasn't been changed in years. The previous air condition company which install our air condition 2 years ago they don't informed us that we have a filter that must be changed every 3-6 months to have our air condition worked and not iced up. If you are looking for a honest,friendly trustworthy inexpensive ac repair man you should definitely give Jason a call.
I have been using Jason for over 7 years. He not only is an expert in fixing my system it's the customer service that sets him apart from other companies. No matter the time of day or the weather I know if I call him he will respond. So if you are looking for a company that will put you first then call Jason
Jason has been servicing my air and heat now for several years. I have always found him to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. I use his twice a year preventive maintenance service which has resulted in few surprises. I do follow his advice to change filters frequently. Overall, his service has been excellent and I would give him a rating of five stars!!!
The guy whom came out put all new pipes in the house to make sure the AC unit was working and our house was cool at 72 degrees. But 3 weeks later our house is 84 degrees, comes out and say that the pipes are leaking and he refuses to go up in the attic to fix his mistakes. Said that he will come every 2 to 3 weeks to fill the unit with Freon till and come in the Fall when he can climb up to the attic and check to see if there are leaks. 3 days after he came and said he fixed the problem it was 86 degrees in my house and to the point where my animals could have a heat stroke. Then lied to my landlord about putting in the full amount of Freon as well. He came today and said he still refuses to go up to the attic till Fall to fix it. Not good service and I told him I have a different company coming out Monday to fix his mistakes and he said I threatened him and every time he has shown up to my house he has told myself and my wife to shut my dogs up. Not realizing that that's my dogs house more than mine. Well I believe the only threat he got was another company doing his dirty job! Today July 27, 2017 at 7:25 (even though I have my name on here) found me on facebook and left me a message stating to take the review down because I am lying about everything. Little does he know I have cameras that record everything inside and outside of my house. So the conversation he had with my landlord outside while here was record through my camera where he lied about putting in the amount of Freon on the first time and made my house 86 degrees and where he stated HE WILL NOT GO IN THE ATTIC TILL FALL!!! Sorry Jason but companies have reviews for a reason suck it up and own up to your mistakes and no I wont be taking this down!
Jason has been servicing my heating and air needs for the last 10 years. My 17 year old a/c unit is running great. He is available when needed and always reasonable. I will continue to use him and refer customers without hesitation!
After dealing with a heating and cooling company that advertises extensively on TV and being told every time they came out that I had to buy a new A/C unit I decided to go with Someone strictly on their reviews. this is how I came across Jason from JF Air & Heat. After diagnosing the problem he assured me he could repair it and have it up and running the very next day. When he gave me the estimate I asked if the amount was for parts only and he told me it was for the complete job!!! Jason explained in everyday language the problem. He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in his field. It is just sad that the highest stars is a 5 because if I could I would definitely give Jason a 10 or more. Whoever reads this and decides to go with JF Air & Heat; you will not be disappointed!

After yet another great experience, I feel the need to leave a review because it is hard to find people you can trust. JF Air and Heat are in my circle of trust. I moved in 4 weeks ago and had an issue with my AC unit. While I am covered under a home warranty, I went with JF instead of the HW contractor because I knew he would fix it right at a reasonable cost. And he delivered while being more responsive than the other Co. anyway. Thanks again!
Jason was prompt, professional and courteous. He was so easy to talk to and explained everything that needed to be done before he did it to get our OK. His pricing was much better than the franchise company we used once before. We will definitely be using his services again should the need arise.
